Landlord neglect, electrical issue
My experience with this company was just plain awful. Back in November, when my house lost power due to a neutral leg issue during a rainstorm, I tried reaching out to them. My landlord was MIA and the place was unlivable. I called Liberty Mutual hoping for help, but they basically just brushed me off and said I had to go to a hotel until I paid my $500 deductible. The way they handled my situation, with no empathy or sense of urgency, was really disappointing.

Comfortable shoes, Great Customer Service
This brand is a total joke! I bought some shoes for a comfy pair, and boy, was I let down. The shoes fell apart after only wearing them a few times. And when I tried to talk to customer service, all I got was a bunch of excuses and delays. My order had a problem and it took forever for them to even answer my email, let alone fix it. And the quality of those shoes! They were so cheap and flimsy, not at all worth the price. Save your cash and shop somewhere else.

Shirt ordered
I'm so frustrated with this store! I ordered a shirt, but they sent me the wrong one. They're claiming they didn't have the shirt I originally wanted and are only offering me some coupons as compensation. And on top of that, they want me to pay to send back their mistake. It's just not fair and totally uncool.

Leather jacket purchase
Ordering and getting my leather jacket was so easy, the service was amazing. They kept me updated the whole time, from when it was sent out to when it arrived. But when it came to sending the jacket back, it was a different story. The communication was seriously lacking. I didn't even get a receipt from the shipping company, and it took a painful 2 weeks to finally hear that they got my return.
