Exorbitant Premiums
I signed up for insurance with this company not too long ago, and I've gotta say, I'm pretty let down with how things have been going. The rate they first offered me seemed reasonable, but outta nowhere, my premium shot up without any real reason. I'm a good driver with a clean record, but my rates just keep going up and up. It feels like they're just trying to stick it to me. The total lack of transparency and communication from this company is really getting to me.
Auto insurance policy
I just bought a car insurance policy and I was really let down by the service I got from my agent, Rebecca Sulfrank. She didn't seem to care about the company's goal of giving great customer service, and she made me feel like I was just a random customer to her. We didn't communicate well and I didn't feel like she listened to my worries. I was hoping for better from a big insurance company like this.

I need some insurance help, for real. I've been with them for over 8 years, no claims, perfect record, no accidents, plus my cars are 12 years old. They went ahead and raised my auto premium by $500 and my home owners premium by $600 for the exact same coverage - total BS! I'm so mad and the person on the phone couldn't even explain the big increase. I need some help here, I'm really regretting being loyal all this time. It's definitely time to switch to a company that actually cares about their customers!
Landlord neglect, electrical issue
My experience with this company was just plain awful. Back in November, when my house lost power due to a neutral leg issue during a rainstorm, I tried reaching out to them. My landlord was MIA and the place was unlivable. I called Liberty Mutual hoping for help, but they basically just brushed me off and said I had to go to a hotel until I paid my $500 deductible. The way they handled my situation, with no empathy or sense of urgency, was really disappointing.
Auto insurance policy increase
I've been with this company for a long time, so it really surprised me when I got a notice saying they were raising my auto insurance policy rates. I've been a loyal customer for over five years, and all of a sudden I'm hit with a $350 increase, which is over a 20% jump. Portable cabin shell insurance
I had a really bad experience with my insurance company that covered my portable cabin. Over the winter, my cabin got water damage, and even though I had coverage for 93K, the first offer they gave me was only 3K. Their team said the damage was too much to fix and that I should just total the cabin, which was a big blow to me. It took three months to get that low offer, and now I'm talking to a lawyer about it. I definitely think others should be careful before dealing with this company.
Homeowners insurance for 70 years
This place is seriously the worst! My grandma has been getting insurance here for what feels like forever, but they totally canceled her policy just because she missed paying like 10 bucks or something. And now she can't even renew it for almost a whole year! I mean, seriously, who does that?! They claim they sent a bill, but she swears she never got it and they didn't even bother to follow up or anything. It's just so not cool and feels totally wrong.

I got homeowners insurance with a company when I bought my house 6 1/2 years ago. Back then, it was about $2400 a year. But lately, the cost has gone up a lot. I recently tried getting an insurance quote online from this company, and man, what a headache it was. Spent a good two hours making sure all my info was right on their site, only to get hit with a message saying they couldn't give me a quote because of their rules. When I called to find out more, they basically said they didn't want to cover me for some mystery reason. I've never had any issues and have had insurance with big companies for years, so this rejection was totally out of left field. I wouldn't bother dealing with this company, seems like they just turn people away for no good reason.

Claim experience disappointing
I had a really frustrating time dealing with my claim at Liberty Mutual. I made a claim and had repairs done by a contractor, but was surprised to learn that the company doesn't guarantee that claimants pay for the work done.
