Home Insurance claim
I just wanted to reach out to you about the Home Insurance claim I filed with your company because of water damage at my place. Man, this whole process has been a real headache. I've had to deal with three different agents and none of them seem to know what's going on. I keep having to resend and explain stuff to the new agent over and over. It's been 5 months already and I still haven't gotten any resolution on the claim. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare and it's just made things even more stressful than they already were.
Insurance policy purchase
I recently got insurance from this company and I've been pretty let down by how hard it is to talk to someone. I needed help with my policy, but getting ahold of a customer service rep was a struggle. Their app was just showing a blank screen and I couldn't find a contact number anywhere. After lots of searching online and going through their automated menu over and over, I finally got to talk to someone, but it took me a whole 20 minutes. Then, I got an email about adding something to my homeowners policy, but when I tried to call back, I had the same issue - no human interaction after waiting for 20 minutes.
Insurance coverage
The customer service at Liberty Mutual really let me down. I never got into an accident or got a ticket, but they charged me almost 400 bucks to insure two cars. I wasn't happy about it, so I decided to look elsewhere. I ended up checking out Progressive, and there I found the same coverage plus some extra stuff for only $269. I reached out to Liberty Mutual to see if they could match that, but they were no help at all. So, I had no other option but to switch companies.
Home and auto insurance
We just got a bill from Liberty for our home and auto insurance that's due in March. We paid almost $4000 in full, but now they're saying there was some mistake and we owe them an extra $195. It's like they're penalizing us for filing a claim for damage to our roof from snow and ice. This might be the last straw with this insurance company.
