I am so fed up with how this service has been handling my situation. The app says my direct deposit went through, but my account is still showing zero. I've tried contacting them through chat multiple times, but all I get back are empty promises that they're looking into it. In the meantime, I've been hit with overdraft fees and my rent is late because of all this chaos. It's completely unacceptable. I'm not going to use their services again, and I highly recommend others to stay away. And to top it all off, they keep cutting off our chats with the promise that someone will reach out to me, which just adds insult to injury.
