    Laser engraver purchase

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a laser engraver that wasn't marked as sold out on their website. Two days later, I got an email saying it was out of stock, but they said I could upgrade to a better model if I paid more. I agreed and made a new order, but then two days later they told me that model was also out of stock. That's when I decided to just cancel my order and ask for a refund. Dealing with their inventory and communication was just really frustrating.

    Atomstack dual air assists malfunction

    I bought three AtomStack S20 Pro lasers with dual air assists, but now all three air assists have stopped working. I've reached out to AtomStack several times for help, but they haven't been very helpful and have avoided answering my questions about buying replacement pumps. Even though I like the lasers, I'm disappointed that the air assists are so unreliable and low-quality.

    I was really disappointed with the customer service at this company. It was hard to get help on different platforms, and there was no support outside of China business hours, which is not okay for a global company. The lack of help made my online shopping experience really frustrating and not fun at all.

    Faulty firmware on purchased system

    I bought a system from you all, but unfortunately, the firmware was messed up. I tried to put in a new firmware on my own, but the company wouldn't replace the control board under warranty. On top of that, they wouldn't even give me the original firmware or tell me where to find it online. I spent a lot of money on this system, hoping for better service and help. In Australia, there's a law that gives you 12 months of warranty on all electrical stuff you buy, and I feel like the company didn't do right by me. Moving forward, I'll stick to buying from the official website because the authorized dealers just don't do it for me.

    The customer service at AtomStack is amazing. I spoke with a representative named Catherine, and she was so helpful and friendly. She gave me clear answers to all of my questions, both before and after I made my purchase. When the delivery company (Colis Privé, of course) lost my package, Catherine really came through. She was patient, reassuring, and made sure to solve the issue quickly. It's clear that they really care about making customers happy at this company, and that's a sure sign of a trustworthy business. I was really impressed by the level of professionalism and quality - it was a great experience!

    I just bought a laser engraver from this company, and I have to say, I am beyond happy with both the product and the service. The quality of the laser is top-notch and it's perfect for what I need. Plus, they really took care in packing it for delivery, and it got to Austria super quickly. But the best part was the amazing customer service I got from the staff. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, and they always found a solution. I have to give a huge shoutout to Catherine, who really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Her personal touch and dedication were so awesome.     International order with clear communication

    The company had a few hiccups getting my order shipped from their warehouse overseas, but they did a good job of keeping me in the loop and giving me options to sort things out. They mentioned there might be import taxes to consider, but they promised to make up for it by lowering the price a bit. Luckily, they were able to get everything sent out from the first warehouse, which really took a load off my mind.

    Faulty laser printer

    I bought a laser printer from this company, but when it arrived it was broken. I reached out to their customer service and they said it was a faulty mainboard. Even though it was still under the 12-month warranty, they wouldn't replace the part. The chat customer service was okay, but it's really not cool that they wouldn't fix the problem themselves. It seems like they're just trying to sell broken stuff and wash their hands of it. That's a big warning sign for anyone thinking about buying from them.

    I just bought a laser engraver from this company and at first, I thought it was great because it was easy to put together and use. But things took a turn when the machine started acting up in the middle of my project. I got in touch with customer support right away and even sent them a video showing the problem. They responded quickly and said that it could be an issue with the controller board. The problem is, it's been three days since I heard from them last and I haven't gotten any update. I've dealt with customer support before and I have to say, this lack of communication is just not cool and really disappointing.

    I recently bought a laser engraver from this company, and I have to say, I wouldn't recommend it. The machine I got was messed up right out of the box and didn't work properly. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all. The people I spoke with just made things more frustrating by asking for pointless photos and videos of the problems I was having. We went back and forth without any real solution, and I ended up stuck with a broken machine. As a customer, I'm really let down by the whole situation and I've decided to shop somewhere else.

    I had such a bad experience with this company. I ordered some equipment a few weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten it. And not only that, they haven't even given me back my money. The worst part is when I tried to contact customer support for help, no one got back to me. It feels like they're being sneaky because they gave me a fake tracking number for the shipment. And it's sketchy how they delete any bad reviews on their website. I just want companies to be upfront and honest with me when I buy from them, but this one didn't do that.

    The customer service at this place is terrible. They said my engraver would arrive in 3-5 days, but it took almost a month. When I asked for updates, they gave me vague answers that just made me more frustrated. The product itself is cheap and definitely made for hobbyists, not professionals. It's way overpriced for what you get; you could get a better product like the Elegoo Phecda engraver for the same amount. Don't waste your time and money buying from this company.

    I just got the ATOMSTACK X7 Laser Engraving Machine from an online store. I was bummed when I saw that they didn't include the free Rotary Roller like they said they would. But, I reached out to customer service and they fixed the mix-up right away and even said sorry for the mistake. I'm happy they responded quickly and made it right. The machine is working really well and I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

    I tried to buy a fancy laser, but they said they don't ship it to my country. They refunded me, but it was $42.58 less than what I paid. I've been talking to Catherine but still didn't get the rest of my money back. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, don't buy from this company.

    I ordered a new metal engraving head for my laser engraver, but the delivery took forever and I had to pay an outrageous customs fee! On top of that, AtomStack completely ghosted me after I paid the fee. It's really frustrating and not cool.

    Refurbished A20 Pro laser

    So, I bought this laser online, right? And when it showed up, it was a hot mess! They sent me this tiny laser that didn't even fit, and it was missing the screen and other stuff. The box looked like it had been through a war or something! I mean, what were they doing in their refurbishment area?! But I reached out to customer service, and they totally came through with a new machine in a flash. After that, everything was smooth sailing!
