The order process was really simple and paying for it was a breeze. My package got to me quickly and in great shape. I thought the Glucosamine supplement worked well and was top-notch quality. The only issue was the courier service took forever to deliver it - the package was just chilling at the delivery office for way too long.

Metal straw with cotton stick, unpleasant smell, causes headache
I bought this metal straw with a cotton stick from Fum not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total waste of money. Even with the discount, it cost way too much and had this awful smell that reminded me of toilet cleaner, no matter what flavor I tried. On top of that, using the darn thing gave me a headache that ruined my whole drink experience.

Sunglasses purchase
I recently bought my husband a pair of sunglasses from this company as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the sunglasses broke over the bridge of the nose when he wore them on vacation in March. I reached out to the company and they sent me to their manufacturer, who said I'd have to pay to send them back. After a bunch of emails and trying to fix things, I still haven't gotten a good solution. Even though they said they'd send a replacement pair, the new glasses showed up all messed up and can't be worn. Dealing with both companies has been really frustrating and disappointing. I'm determined to get a refund for the faulty product, even though the process has been tough and hasn't gone anywhere.

Ticket experience
The ticket process went smoothly and it was easy to follow along. I got to see this awesome show with killer sound and lighting that really set the mood. The place had such cool vibes that made it all even better. But there was one big problem - trying to get back inside was a total mess. The ink stamp they gave me was a disaster to remove, making things way more complicated than they needed to be.

Bright orange bag, Sugarcube
Oh my gosh, I am totally obsessed with my new Sugarcube bag! It's this awesome bright orange color and it's just so amazing. The quality is top-notch, you can tell it was made with care. It feels so special, like I received a gift rather than just buying a bag. The whole experience was great, from the communication to the way it was packaged. It even came with a certificate and care guide. I usually don't go for girly things, but I am super excited to show this off. I kinda regret not getting it engraved though, that would have been a nice touch!

Gym equipment
I recently bought some gym equipment and I've been really happy with how well it's held up. It's sturdy and seems like it can handle all of my workouts. I've tried out different exercises with it and it's been giving me a good challenge each time. The one downside is the app that comes with it. It's been acting up a lot, with glitches and videos freezing, which kicks me off the app. It's been tough to figure out how to use the equipment properly because of this. Hopefully they fix these issues soon, because that would make my experience a lot better. Despite this hiccup, I think once the app is working smoothly, this gym equipment will definitely deserve a 5-star rating. But for now, I'd say to be careful if you're thinking about buying it.

Canceled order, no refund
Oh my gosh, you guys won't believe what went down at this place! So I placed an order, right, and then out of nowhere they straight up cancelled it. How rude is that? But wait, it gets even worse...they didn't even bother giving me a refund! I had to deal with a bunch of customer service reps, and let me tell ya, none of them had a clue what was going on. It was super annoying! Dealing with language barriers and feeling like nobody knew how to help? Ugh, talk about frustrating. Seriously, where's my money at?! I am never going back there again, that's for sure.

I really love using YogaDownload because it lets me keep up with my yoga practice no matter where I am. I work as a field biologist and I'm often away from home for long periods, so being able to download different classes and do them wherever I am is fantastic. The instructors are really great and I like that there's a wide range of classes to choose from, whether I want something gentle to relax or a more intense power yoga or Pilates session.

I gotta say, I was really unsure at first when I booked my flight online. The prices were just so low, I was thinking it was probably too good to be true. And then when I got a call about a different flight option, I was like, "What's going on here?" But after going through the whole thing, all my doubts disappeared. The customer service was amazing, and I can now trust that the website is legit. Rick White, the guy who helped me out, was on top of things and super professional. Eye cream purchase
I just bought this eye cream to try and get rid of my dark circles, but when I put it on below my eyes, somehow I managed to get some in my eyes! It burned a bit and made my vision blurry for a while. I'm careful not to put the cream too close to my eyelids, but it still found its way in there. I'm worried about the damage it could do to my eyes if it keeps happening. So, I can only give it four stars. But, on the bright side, I have seen a bit of improvement in my under-eye circles since I started using it.

If you're thinking about using this credit building savings account to boost your credit score, I'd suggest reconsidering. I put in $75 and got an extra $10 as a promo, but then my account got hacked through PayPal Canada. The hacker managed to spend $84.82 and when I reached out to PayPal Canada, they said they looked into it and closed the case in just two days. The security on these accounts is pretty weak, which makes it a risky choice for improving your credit score. Based on my time in Washington, D.C., I'd recommend steering clear of this service.
