    I recently bought some contact lenses from this company, but I never got them. When I contacted customer service to ask about where my order was, I only got robotic replies that didn't help. The phony tracking info just made me more annoyed and made me feel like they weren't taking my problem seriously. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall.

    Faulty silver lamps

    I bought some silver lamps from HomeSquare, but got bright gold ones instead of what was shown in the pictures. It was really disappointing to see the false advertising. When I tried to return them, they told me I had to pay for shipping and insurance, which felt like a scam. I spent weeks trying to sort it out with customer service, but didn't get anywhere.     The ticket process went smoothly and it was easy to follow along. I got to see this awesome show with killer sound and lighting that really set the mood. The place had such cool vibes that made it all even better. But there was one big problem - trying to get back inside was a total mess.     As someone who has shopped with you before, I've had a lot of problems with my orders. I've gotten the wrong stuff and sometimes nothing at all. It's been really annoying.     Earrings claim insurance

    Oh my gosh, I am so frustrated with this insurance company! I tried to file a claim for my earrings, and it has been a complete mess. I submitted the claim on April 1st, 2024, and then they brought in some adjuster who messed everything up, leading to the State Department of Insurance getting involved. Can you believe that? And they won't even speak to me directly about it, they just keep redirecting me to different people. Like, seriously? I paid YOU for insurance coverage! I should have just chosen Jeweler's Mutual instead. Don't deal with this headache, folks!

    Disappointed customer experience

    It's really disappointing to see how this company is lacking transparency and honesty. My husband believed in the product and used it for 7 months, spending over $3,500, but the promised results never showed up. What's even worse is that the company shared my husband's personal health information without asking, which is a clear violation of privacy. Their lack of accountability and integrity is just not right. We've tried to reach out through emails, but they haven't addressed our concerns at all. It's troubling to see a company behave this way and betray the trust of its customers.

    Leopard print cat eye sunglasses, tortoise shell cat eye glasses, rectangular black glasses

    At first, I wasn't so sure because I saw some mixed reviews online. But I took a chance and bought two pairs of cool glasses - plus a basic black pair just in case. The whole ordering process was pretty easy, and I kept checking my account like crazy for updates. It took a little over two weeks for my glasses to get to me, but when they finally did, I was really surprised in a good way. The leopard print cat eye sunglasses are so awesome and now I can see so much better when I'm driving. The tortoise shell cat eye glasses look amazing on me and I'm super happy with them. I did notice a little distortion when I walk, but I think it's just because the lenses are a different shape - no big deal for me. Overall, I'm totally in love with my glasses and I'll definitely think about ordering more in the future. The styles are unique, it was easy to order with my prescription, and I even got a free case and cleaning cloth for each pair. Happy customer over here!

    I bought some hair extensions from this company, thinking everything would go smoothly and I'd get a good product. But, man was I let down. They sent me an email saying my payment didn't work, so I asked for my order number and never heard back. The fact that they didn't communicate properly or give me any info is totally not okay. It made me feel frustrated and like I got ripped off. Their customer service sucks because they never dealt with my issues or gave me the info I needed about my order. Overall, my whole experience with this company was a huge letdown and I wouldn't suggest using them to anyone.

    I recently bought some gym equipment and I've been really happy with how well it's held up. It's sturdy and seems like it can handle all of my workouts. I've tried out different exercises with it and it's been giving me a good challenge each time. The one downside is the app that comes with it. It's been acting up a lot, with glitches and videos freezing, which kicks me off the app. It's been tough to figure out how to use the equipment properly because of this. Hopefully they fix these issues soon, because that would make my experience a lot better. Despite this hiccup, I think once the app is working smoothly, this gym equipment will definitely deserve a 5-star rating. But for now, I'd say to be careful if you're thinking about buying it.

    I really love using YogaDownload because it lets me keep up with my yoga practice no matter where I am.     If you're thinking about using this credit building savings account to boost your credit score, I'd suggest reconsidering. I put in $75 and got an extra $10 as a promo, but then my account got hacked through PayPal Canada. The hacker managed to spend $84.82 and when I reached out to PayPal Canada, they said they looked into it and closed the case in just two days. The security on these accounts is pretty weak, which makes it a risky choice for improving your credit score. Based on my time in Washington, D.C., I'd recommend steering clear of this service.

    Verification process for order.

    The verification process for my recent order was pretty intense, they wanted my license, credit card, and proof of address. But, I haven't heard anything back since then. I'm kind of bummed about the whole lack of communication and updates with my order. It's annoying how they took my money fast but aren't keeping me in the loop with what's going on.
