Personal finance software
I've been using personal finance software for a while now and I really love the desktop version. It lets me input my purchases and expenses by hand, even when the power is out. This gives me a sense of security, knowing I won't overlook anything crucial. The feature that allows me to download daily updates helps me keep track of my money and has even caught some fraudulent charges on my credit card that other security measures missed. Also, being able to look back at archived years has been super helpful for me to double-check past transactions and make sure everything is in good shape.
Been using this software since forever
I've been using this software for a really long time, like forever basically. It's been really nice to use and has had a bunch of updates over the years. But I mean, why can't I have more than one window open at once? It's not that difficult, come on, LOL. Besides that though, it's been a pretty good experience overall.
Lengthy use of app
I've been using this app for about twenty years now, and I've noticed that it's getting harder and harder to log in to all my different accounts. The security measures on all these apps, including yours, plus the ones on my bank and investment sites, are just making everything so confusing and frustrating for me. I'm thinking of just canceling my account and finding something simpler and easier to use.
Personal finance software
I started using personal finance software back in 2019 and it's really helped me become more aware of my finances. I make sure to manually input all of my transactions for each account so that I can get a clearer picture of my spending habits and also for added security.
Budgeting software purchase
My experience with the budgeting software I bought was pretty good overall. The importing part went smoothly and quick, but there was a little hiccup with the 10K transaction limit. Also, I had to manually deal with a few accounts, and some accounts from certain banks didn't get imported. But even with those small issues, I think this budgeting software is better than others I've used before. I really like how well it handles categories, tags, and rules.
Personal finance management software
I'm really happy with this personal finance management software. It makes it super easy to bring in all my transactions from different bank accounts and credit cards, so I can see exactly where my money is going. I can also categorize expenses and change up the chart of accounts to keep track of my spending monthly and yearly. It helps me understand my financial habits better and figure out where I can make some improvements.
Personal finance software
I've been using personal finance software for over thirty years, and I have to say, my experience with this program has been really great. I started with Money Counts and then switched to Quicken after the company got bought out. I've only had one issue over all these years when the software wouldn't start up, and tech support couldn't figure out why. But, when I installed it on another computer, it worked perfectly. Then, when I put it back on my original computer, it was fine too. I think there was a problem with a code update, but luckily all my data stayed safe. At 77 years old, I plan on keeping this program around for a long time. It's easy to use, reliable, and helps me manage my finances really well.
Personal finance management software
The personal finance management software is pretty good at keeping track of investments, income, and spending. The reminders for recurring transactions really help keep everything in order. But one big issue is that you can't archive part of the main data file. I've got over 20 years' worth of financial data saved, so it'd be nice to be able to archive the older stuff and just have the recent data easily accessible. And on top of that, there was a pretty big price hike from last year, so now it's a bit pricier than I expected.
Bank account downloads and automatic uploads
It's so annoying how my bank accounts keep getting disconnected when I try to download them, especially with my American Express account. And then sometimes, my checking and savings accounts from Citi bank get all jumbled together, which is such a pain to fix. On top of that, when I close Quicken, the automatic uploads to the web sometimes work and sometimes don't, making it super unreliable and forcing me to always go back and double-check. All in all, it's just a really frustrating and time-consuming experience.
Personal finance software
I just bought some personal finance software and I really like it. It's easy to use and has a lot of helpful features to keep track of my money. But if you're just looking for something basic and don't need all the fancy extras, it might be too much for you.
Long-time user of financial software
For more than thirty years, I've been using this financial software to manage my money and reach my financial targets. But lately, I've noticed some pesky bugs and problems that really need fixing. Like, when I try using big fonts, some windows and pop-up boxes end up spilling over my screen, which totally messes with my ability to click on certain buttons. It would also be super handy if they could add a "Printer Setup" button to the toolbar for easier check printing.
Purchased financial software
I've been using their financial software for a while and so far, it's been awesome. The coolest thing about it is that the software is right on my computer, so I can keep my data to myself. Unlike other programs I've tried, I don't have to switch over to an online platform with Quicken. It's a big deal for me to know my data is exactly where I want it.
Personal Finance Software
I've been using this personal finance software for a while now and overall, I really like it. It's been great for helping me stay on top of my finances and keep track of how I'm spending my money. But, I've been really frustrated by the slow response and lack of help when it comes to fixing issues. I've been trying for months to link all my accounts in one go, but no luck. Even after reaching out for help, I haven't seen much progress. It's disappointing to see that I'm not the only one facing this problem, as the chat boards are full of others who feel just as let down. It's clear that more needs to be done to address these problems quickly and improve customer satisfaction.
Online money management tool
This online money management tool isn't as time-saving as I had hoped. I don't want to go back to using my own spreadsheet program, but I end up spending too much time every month trying to balance my checking accounts. The problem starts when I download transactions from my banks because there are always duplicate entries that I have to deal with manually. It's frustrating and goes against the whole idea of using this tool to save time and simplify my life. Another issue is scrolling through the interface isn't easy, especially for those like me who use touch screens. It's just not user-friendly in that aspect, which adds to the overall frustration of using this program.
Windows Version on IMAC using Virtual Windows OS
I've been using the Windows Version of this software on my IMAC with Virtual Windows OS for a while now. I ran into some problems the other day, but the customer service team was able to resolve it quickly. They're really knowledgeable! I've been considering trying out the Mac version, but it doesn't seem to have all the features that I'm used to from the Windows one. I wish they would add more to it, you know?
Record keeping and online bill paying
I've been using this platform for a while now, mainly for keeping records and paying bills online. Recently, I've seen that the new versions have extra features like tracking investments and setting goals, which I don't really use. Because of these additions, I'm now being charged an annual fee that includes these features I don't need. It's frustrating because there isn't a cheaper option without these extras.
Personal finance software purchase
The personal finance software I bought is pretty much the only game in town, and I've been loyal to it for more than twenty years. But lately, there's been a big problem. It keeps getting mixed up between AIG and Americo when it pulls in info from my investment accounts. No matter how many times I reach out to customer service, they just can't seem to fix it. So now, I'm stuck fixing the mistakes myself, ignoring the warnings, and manually moving dividends from Americo to AIG. It's a real pain in the neck, let me tell you.
Personal and small business finance software
I've been using personal and small business finance software for a while now, and I gotta say, the products are pretty solid and do everything I need them to. I keep my personal checking separate from my HOA treasurer account, and I find it easy to move around and keep track of everything. Being able to see my expenses, income, and make detailed reports has been a big help in keeping my personal and business finances in order.
Password reset issue
I've been having trouble resetting my password on the platform lately. Even though the program is usually pretty easy to use, I've been struggling to reset my password for the last couple of days. I've tried multiple times to get the confirmation email, but I still haven't gotten it after three tries. It's really frustrating because I really need to get into my account to update my credit card info for the subscription renewal. Any help or advice to fix this quickly would be really appreciated. Thank you.
Online financial management tool
This online tool for managing my finances has been really helpful for keeping everything organized, but sometimes it doesn't update all of my accounts at once like it should. Most of my accounts sync up just fine, but there's this one bank account with a bunch of sub-accounts that always gives me trouble. Whenever I update the bills for that account, the other accounts at that credit union don't automatically update, so I have to go in and fix it myself every single time. It's definitely frustrating and takes up a lot of extra time.
