Smart home gadget
I am so upset about my experience with this company. The smart home gadget I bought was not at all like the real product, and the pictures on their website were totally misleading. I can't believe they haven't gotten in trouble for false advertising. And on top of that, their return policy is so confusing on purpose, it's almost impossible to get a refund for their lousy products.
I've never seen such dishonest and shady business practices in all my years of shopping online. It's obvious that the people running this company don't care about their customers and only care about making money in sneaky ways.Review about: Casa del libro

I just went to the store and the employees there were so helpful! They went out of their way to help me find the book I was searching for. Flea and tick chewables
The deals at this place are unbelievable! I got a whole year's supply of flea and tick chewables for my dogs, but when I received them, I noticed they would expire in 8 months. That means I'd be wasting 3 whole months of medication! But when I contacted them, they were super kind and apologized even though it wasn't their fault. They ended up giving me a refund for the 3 months I couldn't use. Can you believe it?! So generous! I absolutely adore this store and will continue to shop here for my furry babies. Thank you, Canada Vet Express, you guys are amazing!

Subscription discrepancy
I had a problem with my subscription recently. I thought I signed up for a 2-week plan, but got charged for a 6-week plan instead. And to top it off, the price was way more than what I saw advertised. When I contacted customer service, they said the higher charge was right and couldn't be reversed. It really ticked me off and made me wonder what the deal is with this company.

Skirt for Christmas
I bought a skirt from this company for Christmas, but it didn't fit right. Their return policy is only 14 days, no exceptions for holidays, which was a bummer. I tried reaching out for help, but they wouldn't do an exchange because of their policy. I ended up feeling really frustrated and out $500+. I should have checked their customer reviews before buying. I won't be shopping with them again.

Subscription cancellation issue
That "Cancel Subscription" button is such a pain! When you want to cancel, they make you go through all this trouble - requesting bank statements, card numbers, invoices. Like, what's even the point of having that button if it's so difficult to use? Ugh, it's so frustrating! ?

Online financial management tool
This online tool for managing my finances has been really helpful for keeping everything organized, but sometimes it doesn't update all of my accounts at once like it should. Most of my accounts sync up just fine, but there's this one bank account with a bunch of sub-accounts that always gives me trouble. Whenever I update the bills for that account, the other accounts at that credit union don't automatically update, so I have to go in and fix it myself every single time. It's definitely frustrating and takes up a lot of extra time.
