Lens purchase
I recently bought some lenses online without a prescription, and I gotta say, the processing and shipping didn't match up with what they promised. They said frames without a prescription would be ready to go within a day, but it actually took 5 days. And then they claimed standard shipping to my place would take 7-15 days, but my stuff didn't come until 25 days later. Even with the holidays, other companies are getting orders out on time, so it looks like maybe Leoptique needs to work on their processing and shipping times.
Progressive lenses order
I just got some progressive lenses from this company, but man, they really messed up the prescription. I reached out to customer service, hoping they could fix it, but they were so stubborn about it. It’s been like a month and my vision is still all wonky with these glasses on. Definitely not gonna buy from them again.

I had a problem with a pair of glasses frames I bought from this company. I reached out about it and their customer service team got back to me right away. They were really helpful and took care of the issue quickly. I'm happy to say that my problem was fixed and I'm completely satisfied. I'm really impressed with how well they handled everything.

I recently placed an order online with Leoptique, but there was a mix-up with the shipping. It got sent to the wrong address even though my account had the right one. I tried contacting Leoptique through email and social media, but I haven't heard back from them. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and really just want them to fix the mistake and send my order to the right address soon.
Third time's a charm
I ordered my glasses almost 3 months ago and still haven't gotten them. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times and haven't heard back at all. I could have used that $128.70 on something else. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on. Can I even find a phone number for customer service? This whole thing has been terrible.

I bought a pair of glasses on October 18th, 2019, and I'm really bummed out about the total silence on what's going on with my order. I've sent a bunch of emails asking for updates, but haven't heard anything back. It's super frustrating and I'm feeling pretty let down by the lack of communication and transparency.

I bought some glasses not long ago, but there's been a delay in getting them to me. It's been over a month since I ordered them and they still haven't shown up. I recently got some glasses from this store, and man, they were a total disaster! The lenses were all cracked and looked like they had been smashed. So, I got some store credit and ordered another pair, but they were even more messed up! I had to pay extra for those jacked-up glasses, plus shipping. I've had it with this nonsense, so now I'm trying to get a refund. I can't deal with this craziness anymore!
Leopard print cat eye sunglasses, tortoise shell cat eye glasses, rectangular black glasses
At first, I wasn't so sure because I saw some mixed reviews online. But I took a chance and bought two pairs of cool glasses - plus a basic black pair just in case. The whole ordering process was pretty easy, and I kept checking my account like crazy for updates. It took a little over two weeks for my glasses to get to me, but when they finally did, I was really surprised in a good way. The leopard print cat eye sunglasses are so awesome and now I can see so much better when I'm driving. The tortoise shell cat eye glasses look amazing on me and I'm super happy with them. I did notice a little distortion when I walk, but I think it's just because the lenses are a different shape - no big deal for me. Overall, I'm totally in love with my glasses and I'll definitely think about ordering more in the future. The styles are unique, it was easy to order with my prescription, and I even got a free case and cleaning cloth for each pair. Happy customer over here!
Glasses
My experience with Leoptique was a major letdown. The customer service was just not there, and it seemed like my concerns were brushed aside. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this company. I ended up ordering two pairs of glasses from a different company recently, and it was a total 180 - the products were top-notch and the customer service was excellent. It's a shame that Leoptique didn't live up to my expectations.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with this company. The person I chatted with online was super helpful and made ordering my glasses really easy. They arrived in just three weeks and looked exactly like they did in the picture. The quality was amazing, even better than I expected. I ordered a second pair recently and was told there might be a delay because of the holidays, which I totally understood. I have been really happy with the products, service, and prices from this company. I'm definitely a satisfied customer!

My glasses ended up taking longer to arrive than expected, but I reached out to the company on social media and they responded really quickly. When the glasses finally arrived, they were exactly what I wanted and super cute! Plus, they were such a good deal at under $30 including shipping. I had a terrible experience dealing with this company and their glasses. The frame was okay, but man, the lenses were pure garbage. I couldn't see squat! Ended up getting a basic prescription from a different company and their glasses were spot on. Supposed to get store credit since it was my first time buying from them, but when I reached out, they said they'd hook me up within 24 hours. Well, they never came through. Suddenly, they went radio silent on me. Lost some cash on useless glasses. Honestly, this whole ordeal was a nightmare.

Progressive lenses for astigmatism and nearsightedness
I received my new glasses really quickly, but honestly, they're a complete disaster. I have astigmatism and am a little nearsighted. I ordered progressive lenses just like the ones I got from another company a couple of years ago. Same prescription, same measurements, and they were perfect. I still use them and I can see great, just a little scratched up and I wanted clearer vision for driving. These new ones from this place? I can't see up close, can't see far, had to take them off to write this super angry review. I'm so mad I didn't stick with the other company. Who cares if they look cute if they can't work properly. This place won't be getting any of my future business, or any business from anyone I know.
Two glasses
I was really impressed with how easy to use and efficient this website is. The design is awesome and it's a piece of cake to find what you're looking for. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses from here and they fit like a glove and look amazing.
My order still missing
I ordered my stuff weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I've reached out to customer service several times, but it's like they're not even listening. The lack of communication is really getting on my nerves. I have no clue where my order is, and the website isn't any help at all. This whole situation has been a total nightmare.

I picked up these awesome glasses from a store that are really trendy and affordable. I think it's a great spot to get glasses and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
Bought glasses, blurry lenses
The customer service here just stinks, and the glasses are awful! I mean, the lenses are so darn blurry that I can't even see out of them. So I mentioned it to them, and you know what they said? They basically blew me off, telling me that my last pair was fine so these should be good too. They even had the nerve to suggest that I tilt my head up to see better - can you believe that? Trust me, do yourself a favor and don't bother buying glasses from this place. And to top it off, if they mess up, they won't even cover the shipping to send them back.
Cute glasses but wrong prescription
These glasses are so cute, seriously! But the prescription is way off. I'm fine when I'm sitting still, but as soon as I move, everything gets blurry and I feel sick to my stomach. Ugh, it's the worst!
