Petite clothing purchase
I absolutely adore the quality and fit of Love, Bonito's petite clothes! They're so well-made, and the material is way thicker than I thought, which is awesome. Just be sure to double-check the sizing since it can be a bit inconsistent. Their customer service has been fantastic whenever I've had questions or issues with an item. I really hope they decide to open a store in California soon!

Team uniforms, late August order
I ordered our team uniforms back in late August, and I've been waiting patiently for them to arrive. I know things have been slower because of Covid-19, but now I found out that one of my teammates who ordered in late September already got their uniforms. They ordered the same size and items as me, but their order was fulfilled before mine. Customer service says they're working on my order, but I'm wondering why the other order was processed ahead of mine.

Razor Kit
This razor kit is amazing! Seriously, it's the best razor I've ever used. The colors are so cute and my skin feels incredibly smooth after using it. I've tried a bunch of other brands and subscriptions, but none of them come close to this one. And guess what? It's not even that pricey! The deliveries are really quick, and the customer service is fantastic. I needed to change my address and they were super nice about it, sending me a replacement order without any issues. Bought glasses, blurry lenses
The customer service here just stinks, and the glasses are awful! I mean, the lenses are so darn blurry that I can't even see out of them. So I mentioned it to them, and you know what they said? They basically blew me off, telling me that my last pair was fine so these should be good too. They even had the nerve to suggest that I tilt my head up to see better - can you believe that? Trust me, do yourself a favor and don't bother buying glasses from this place. And to top it off, if they mess up, they won't even cover the shipping to send them back.
