I recently bought some skincare products online, but I never got my order. When I looked at my account, it said the order was delivered in December, which wasn't true. I emailed customer service, and they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. They promised to send me a replacement for the missing order. Even though it was a hassle, I'm thankful for their fast and effective help.
Customer service experience
I had a little problem with my order, but let me tell you, the customer service team at this company really stepped up to fix it. They couldn't make the exact changes I wanted because my order was already in the works, but they came up with a solution that totally made up for it. Oh my gosh, you won't believe it, but I ordered a deodorant and it arrived all melted! I was seriously bummed out, but I decided to shoot them an email. And guess what? They got back to me in no time and shipped me a replacement deo for free. Plus, they threw in a little extra gift as an apology! I'm totally impressed and now I'm a huge fan. Can't wait to shop with them again!

The customer service at this company is amazing! Jasmine got back to me super fast with a solution to my issue. This is actually my second time reaching out to them, and I have to admit I'm pretty impressed with how great their customer service is. Big shoutout to Jasmine for all her help (although I do wonder if she's a real person or just an AI?).
Trial razor offer
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. After I signed up for their trial razor offer, I had trouble changing the frequency of my subscription. The website was hard to use, so I had to contact customer service for help. Even though they seemed open to assisting me at first, I felt like my concerns weren't really being taken care of. They charged my card for a shipment I didn't even want, and when I tried to cancel my subscription, the website kept having technical problems. Dealing with all of this was a pain and a waste of time, and in the end, I was just completely unsatisfied with their product and service.
Tampons and razors
I recently ordered my tampons and razors from this website called AthenaClub.com and honestly, it was just okay. The products they had were decent, not mind-blowing but not terrible either. The prices were reasonable, so I didn't have to hit up my parents for cash. Customer service was alright, they assisted me when needed but nothing extraordinary. The delivery was pretty standard, nothing remarkable but no major hiccups either. Overall, it was a pretty average experience - nothing too thrilling, but no major complaints either.
Leg shave products
I really like this place! I messed up my order and forgot to include my shaving cream, but the staff there were so kind and they're sending me a replacement. Sidney replied to my emails very quickly. I will definitely be a customer here for a long time!

I just wanted to share about this awesome customer service experience I had at this company recently. Even though the issue wasn't really their fault, she quickly sorted it out and even offered to send me a replacement shower magnet. I bought a certain kind of razor not too long ago and it was a pretty good experience. Molly, the person I talked to at customer service, was really helpful and I appreciate the company for being generous and fixing a problem that was actually my fault. The only problem I had was that the razors seemed to get really slimy, which made them kind of slippery and hard to clean off. But I like that the company cares about the environment and tries to be sustainable. Despite that, I had a good experience and I think the company's values are cool.
