Returned shoes
I ordered some shoes online, but I had to return them. The return process turned out to be a total nightmare. I made sure to send them back within the return window, but for some reason, the package ended up back in my hands a few months later. It was such a hassle to reach out to their customer service, and when I finally did, they told me I couldn't return the shoes anymore because too much time had passed - even though they confirmed that I sent it to the right address. Basically, they just suggested I sell the shoes on eBay instead and washed their hands of the whole situation. The customer service was terrible, and the communication was even worse. After this experience, I definitely won't be making any more purchases from them.

"So, yeah, I was in need of a new part for my thing and I shot them an email. This girl, Jasmine, got back to me real quick and even though she didn't have the exact piece, she suggested a better alternative! I was really caught off guard and pleased with her response, it was really cool!"
