Review about: GORUCK
Bag and weight purchase
I ordered a bag and a weight from this place. The bag came no problem, but the weight got sent to my neighbors and I never received it. Fed ex and GoRuck both claim they delivered it, but I swear I never saw it. Fed ex didn't even bother to investigate after I called them 3 times. When I contacted GoRuck for help, they seemed to just disappear. So now I have a small bag that cost me a lot, haha. If you're considering making a purchase, I recommend trying Rogue and opting for UPS or USPS for delivery instead.
On the positive side, GoRuck finally got back to me and they're sending me another weight. Their customer service was actually pretty good. Hopefully they won't use Fed Ex this time, as that seems to be where the issue lies. I've heard great things about GoRuck, so I'll still give them credit for their fantastic bag.Review about: Noom
Tailored goal-setting, frustrating technical issues, could be more intuitive food lookup
The way I've been able to tailor my daily goals has really made a big difference for me. It helps me stay motivated and accountable. But, I keep running into technical problems with the app that make me have to restart my phone, and that's really frustrating. Also, the food lookup feature could be a lot easier to use and more intuitive.
