    It should be as easy to cancel as it is to subscribe, but it isn't. When they billed me after I thought I'd cancelled temporarily until my tween daughter used the abundance of products we'd subscribed to, they wouldn't refund. Terrible customer service. Had to try to cancel 3 times today, each subscription, because they make it so difficult. You have to keep going back in and checking after you cancel because you have to confirm your cancellation or it doesn't cancel. Stupid to run a company this way.

    Never received my shaving cream. Unable to reach customer service. Broke during my third use. Next to impossible to cancel.

    Very dissatisfied and DO NOT recommend.

    razor kit, daily multi-vitamin, organic tampons

    The one thing I would give 5 stars are the products themselves. I love the razor, their organic tampons are actually absorbent unlike every other brand I’ve tried, and I love the daily multivitamins.

    Everything else is kind of terrible and has me considering canceling on a pretty regular basis. The #1 thing I don’t like about them is they remove all evidence of poor reviews on their website, as well as on their social media pages.

    They had a payment issue a few months back that billed hundreds or more of their customers multiple times. They tied up over $750 in my bank account. After they resolved it, they deleted all of the frantic comments from people. I assume they don’t have a Twitter account because they can’t control the visibility of people’s complaints.

    Their subscription service sucks, too. I’ve had to reach out to them multiple times because the system keeps pushing my shipment date back by a day, every day, indefinitely, without shipping my items out. Their customer service is also terrible since 1) this issue doesn’t ever seem to get permanently resolved, and 2) you have to hound them to death to get anything done to temporarily resolve the issue and get your shipment sent out. I’ve contacted their customer service team more than any other company I’ve ever worked with, including ones like Comcast where I’ve had an account for 16 years and spend quite a bit more money.

    So, decide for yourself if the products are worth the frustration you’re bound to experience.

    Razor kit

    I enjoyed the close shave I got. However, these razors are straight up dangerous. I shave everyday/ every other day MAX. I have for 10 years now. I've gone through nearly every razor/brand out there. I cut myself so horribly with this razor not once, twice, but 3x where I have pretty ugly scars left behind. I ended up feeling more comfortable with the Billie and it lasts longer. Completely honest + unpaid review.

    My razor broke hardly a month after receiving it. The razor does not get a very close shave for a women’s razor. Customer service is horrible in the fact that you cant call them, you have to email them. Who knows when you will get a reply. Also, you cant cancel your subscription via the website, you have to email them. Overall, highly dissatisfied for a membership service.

    The Razor Kit

    Ever since I started shaving, I have had problems with razors. And I mean problems. I could not find a single razor on the market that would not leave a ridiculous amount of cuts and razor burn left on my skin. I eventually gave up shaving due to the scars and pain it was putting me through. I was self-conscious about my body hair, but it was better than what I had been going through. Then I found Athena Club. Their reviews stood out to me, and the ease of a subscription service lured me in. I decided to give it a shot and ordered their razor starter kit. I figured I would have the same experience I’d been having for years, but I was very wrong in all the best ways. I can now shave painlessly and frequently - even without shaving cream! This razor glides across your skin while still allowing for a close shave and it is so comfortable to hold as well. I ordered the kit in the color Coral and it’s adorable. It looks very high-end even though it is ridiculously affordable. I used a coupon code (be sure to try STEFANI8416 - no expiry date!) and it made my order very affordable. The subscription service is easy to customize, pause, and change. I imagine it would be easy to cancel if needed, but I won’t be needing to do that, and you won’t either. I have already recommended this razor to several friends and I have only heard all good things. Definitely worth your money.

    The Razor Kit

    I waited 2 1/2 weeks for my Razor Kit to come in the mail, seemed like forever! I ordered the Coral Color and I love it! The razor itself is heavy and it does work really well! I tend to purchase disposable razors because I don't get a clean shave when I use expensive razors like Venus, etc. This razor gives a really close shave, glides over your knees perfectly and is easy to hold. The only issue I have is the razor holder not sticking on my shower wall.. Other than that I love everything about it!
