Shower Magnet
I just wanted to share about this awesome customer service experience I had at this company recently. I had a problem with my order and when I contacted them, Jasmine got back to me right away with a fix. She wasn't just helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I got. Even though the issue wasn't really their fault, she quickly sorted it out and even offered to send me a replacement shower magnet. I was really impressed by how professional and committed she was to making sure I was satisfied as a customer.

Delayed order, unresponsive customer service
I ordered something a few weeks back and it was supposed to be delivered to me, but I never got it. I reached out to the delivery company and also Melijoe to figure out what happened, but Melijoe hasn't gotten back to me yet. It's really frustrating to have paid for something and not received it, with no solution in sight. The fact that Melijoe isn't communicating or helping me with this issue is really disappointing and not okay.

Four bottles of supplements
I'm a doctor and also a long-time Nutricost customer. I ordered four supplement bottles recently and man, they really dropped the ball this time. The package arrived in bad shape, all flimsy and already opened. All that was inside was a receipt, and the top was slit open. After I reported the situation to Nutricost, I've been dealing with a bunch of delays and no answer about getting a replacement or my money back. The complete lack of communication and customer service through all this has really ticked me off. I'd suggest thinking twice about buying your supplements from them. Better to find a different source, if you ask me.

Free gift with purchase
I was really looking forward to ordering from this place because they said they were throwing in a free gift with my purchase. However, when my order showed up, the free gift was nowhere to be found! I contacted customer service, and they explained that they ran out of the free gifts. It's just not right to promote something and then not come through with it!
