    My botched Christmas order

    I am so frustrated with this company and how they have handled my missing parcel situation. Supposedly it was delivered, but I never received it. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait 15 days for it to show up out of thin air. I ordered in time for the holidays, but now I have nothing and no solution in sight. It's so aggravating to have my money tied up for a month while they do their 'investigation' into the missing parcel. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for a refund or replacement, with no end in sight. This whole thing has been a total nightmare.

    I bought something from this company not too long ago, but ran into a big issue with getting my order delivered.     I recently bought a baby romper from this store and I was really bummed with how the return process went. The romper didn't fit my kiddo quite right, so I figured I'd send it back. But when I got my money back, I saw they took out a big chunk for the return shipping. This totally caught me off guard because I've never had such high return fees from other online shops.     First-time purchase at Melijoe

    My first time ordering from Melijoe was a total letdown. The package I got was missing some of the items I ordered and the whole thing was poorly packed in separate UPS boxes all taped together. When I contacted customer service about it, they said they would look into it for 20 days to find the missing stuff. After weeks with no updates, they told me they couldn't find the items and offered to send replacements. I agreed, but then I never heard back from them. The lack of communication and transparency is super frustrating and honestly makes me feel like they're just trying to rip off customers by taking their money without giving them what they paid for. This whole experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from Melijoe again in the future.

    Recent order of two skirts

    As a frequent shopper at this online store, I gotta say, I've always been super happy with the awesome service and huge selection of top-notch boys' clothes and accessories.     I've been shopping at this online store for a while now, and everything was fine until the end of February. Out of nowhere, I had some trouble with the payment methods on the website. My credit card wasn't working, and I noticed that the PayPal option was gone too. It was super annoying because I had stuff in my cart that I wanted to buy.     Boys jumper purchased before Christmas

    I bought this jumper for my son right before Christmas. It showed up right on time the week of the holiday, which was nice. The jumper was really well-made and I thought the design was great. But I was a little bummed when I saw the label saying it was made in Turkey, while other stuff from the same brand was supposedly made in Vietnam or China. It made me wonder if it was really legit, especially for the price I shelled out.
