Lip product subscription
I'm really liking my lip product subscription right now, but I have a couple of ideas for how it could be even better. I think it would be great if there was a quiz to help me pick out my preferred lip colors and make the experience more personalized. Also, I'm not crazy about getting non-lip products in my subscription because I signed up specifically for lip stuff. But on the plus side, I absolutely love the cute little bags that the products come in!

Misting fan purchase
I recently bought a misting fan as a customer, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by how it performed. The fan was supposed to have some misting action, but it didn't work at all. Plus, it didn't even circulate air as well as a regular handheld fan. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, they hit me with a $70 shipping fee and a restocking fee. That just made me even more mad about the whole situation and now I'm definitely not a fan of this retailer's products.

Toleriane sensitive fluid
I've been using this product for years and have always been a loyal customer, but lately, I've noticed a drop in quality. They went and changed the formula and the packaging, and now it's just not the same great moisturizer that it used to be. It feels like I'm putting water on my skin now, it's not giving me the hydration I need. I have to keep putting it on multiple times during the day just to keep my skin from drying out. I'm bummed out about it, but I won't be buying this product anymore because of these changes.

Uncomfortable recliner
I just got this recliner from the store and man, I am so bummed about it. At first, it seemed alright to sit in, but after using it for about a month, my back was killing me. The thing just doesn't give enough support for my back and lower spine, so it's been super uncomfortable. Plus, the padding on the chair is so flimsy, it honestly feels like I'm sitting on a bunch of rocks.

Leather boots and belt
I just bought this pair of leather boots and a belt from this company because I heard they care about the environment and have a good reputation for quality. But you know what, my experience so far has been pretty disappointing. The first pair of boots I got were okay in terms of fit and style, but then I ended up getting a medium belt instead of the small one I asked for. After sorting out the belt situation, I went ahead and ordered another pair of boots.

Comfortable and beautiful colored contact lenses
I just bought these super comfy and really pretty colored contact lenses from the store. They have a ton of colors to choose from, even ones with glitter! Only thing is, when I ordered more than 3 pairs, they charged me $11 for shipping, which bugged me a bit. My tip is to just order 3 pairs at once to avoid that extra cost. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase and for sure gonna tell my friends and family about this store.

Disappointing Camo Glove
I was really disappointed with the Camo Pure print on the glove I bought. The print started coming off after just one use at the range, and after one round, most of it was gone. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't give me a new glove even though the grip was fine. They did offer a 50% discount, but I just wanted a new glove. Compared to other golf brands, their response was pretty underwhelming. I've been a loyal customer for a while, so I was bummed out. However, when I said I would warn others to steer clear of the product, they offered a full refund. I still would have preferred a replacement like I asked for, but I'll take the refund.

First of all im not quite sure why there's negative reviews in there - my experience been the complete opposite!
Quality is great (my friends compliments me everytime) I usually get my shoes in 2-3 weeks.
I do recommend to order 1 size bigger than your actual size, and to use their size chart

220 watt orion II...
I installed 220 watt orion II in my garage that I use for a woodshop and can be too dark in the winter months. They work exactly as described, i.e. bright and energy efficient. They seem to be built extremely well. may add the 165w to other areas of the shop\\
I placed an order for sneakers and paid for expedited shipping, so that I was likely to receive the order before Christmas. I received a confirmation email that I placed the order telling me that I would receive a tracking number within 7 days. I waited and waited, two weeks passed, but the sneakers did not arrive, so I emailed the company to let them know I needed it by Christmas and received a response that the sneakers had not even entered production yet, after MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. I am angry to see constant advertisements for Inner Art World products. Why are they advertising for more orders when it takes them three weeks or more to even begin production of orders they have already received? In their response to my complaint for information why the order wasn't received they said my order was in production and they would provide a tracking number in a few days. They said that they had fewer people working on orders because of covid-19. Why would their initial email tell people that they would receive a tracking number within 7 days of placing the order? That email implies that production starts within the first week of receiving the order. Don't buy a gift for someone from this company, unless the time frame for arrival of the order is not something you are concerned about.
