THIS IS AMAZING
I started to get this box three months back . the first time i got was really happy moment for me. The box is so unue and classy that i really love it. I feel excited for this, and its just really awesome. the subscription box service is awesome. So i chooses the box for me, and well there is a customization option which is really good if you ask me, i like surprises but at least i should get something i am really going to use it . This one is a balanced one. I chose my items and they packed with the stuff added according to my taste but totally surprise for me. The box includes 8 to 10. This is really comfortable and overall the price is good too
Spring FabFitFun Add On Boxes
I recently got the spring FabFitFun add on boxes and was so pumped to get them. But when I opened it up, I saw that the Swell bowl didn't have a lid and the shelf for the stainless steel salad dressing box was missing. I was kind of bummed about it, but I reached out to customer service right away. Leo, the customer service guy, got back to me super fast and told me he already sent out replacements for the missing stuff. I was really impressed with how quickly Leo fixed the problem and made me happy again. Overall, the products in the add on boxes were really good quality and I was grateful for Leo's quick help in sorting everything out.
Late customization request
I didn't make it in time to customize my recent box because of some unexpected stuff that came up, so I was pretty bummed at first. But when I contacted customer service, Nette totally came through for me with a fast and helpful response. She really went the extra mile to help me out with customization options, even though I missed the deadline. Even though a few things were sold out, Nette offered some great alternatives that ended up making me really happy with my choices. The awesome customer service I got totally changed my disappointment into gratitude for their flexibility and understanding.
Damaged product credit
I had a problem with something I bought from FabFitFun not too long ago. When it showed up at my door all messed up, I was pretty bummed out. But I figured I'd give their customer service a shot, so I hit them up through the app. And let me tell ya, I was shocked at how fast they got back to me and how they took care of the problem right away. They gave me a credit for the messed up product in no time. I gotta give it to them, they really care about their customers and making things right. Thanks a bunch, FabFitFun, for coming through with the awesome customer service!
Replacement Box with Different Items
I just had a problem with my order - my package never showed up. Luckily, FabFitFun customer service was fast in sending me a replacement, but it turned out that the items I originally wanted were no longer in stock. It was a bummer not getting what I had originally picked out.
Customer service experience
I was really happy with the customer service at this company. Their texting customer service was so easy to use and everyone I talked to was super helpful, nice, and patient. Even though I'm not great with technology, they fixed my problem quickly and gave me a refund the next day. I also liked that they let me exchange items for credit, it made shopping there even better. I can't thank them enough for their awesome service.
House wares, health and beauty subscription
Fab Fit Fun is awesome, y'all! It's this great subscription service where I get to try out all kinds of cool housewares, health stuff, and beauty products every season. I've been signed up for a while now and I gotta say, I'm always super impressed with everything I get. The customer service team is amazing - they're always there to help me out when I have any questions or problems. I seriously can't wait for each delivery to arrive, and I've become a total fan because of the incredible experience that Fab Fit Fun provides.
Famous products in a saturated market
The customer service at this company is seriously the best. They always go above and beyond, even when I make a mistake (which, let's be real, happens all too often). I've been sticking with them for years and have no intentions of switching anytime soon.
Box not customized
My email didn't show up on the new website, so my box got sent without my picks. But this really awesome person fixed it for me and let me customize my box. I've been a member for a long time, and it meant a lot to me!
Subscription box disappointment
I signed up for your annual subscription service and was really looking forward to getting my spring box. I picked out 5 items I wanted, but I was hoping for some extra surprise goodies too. When my box arrived, it only had the 5 items I chose and a bonus box for signing up. I thought there would be more variety and surprises in there, based on your ads. I was kind of bummed out. Now I'm not sure what to expect for my summer box. I'm worried it might not have all the cool stuff I was promised.
Mystery boxes confusion
I had no idea those extra charges were for mystery boxes, I went ahead and canceled them. It's so disappointing!
