Sneakers purchase
I just bought some sneakers from that store and oh boy, it was a total mess. It took a whopping 8 days for the shoes to show up, and turns out they were shipped from overseas. I had to shell out more money just to convert my payment to a different currency. On top of that, the quality of the sneakers was straight-up awful. The front of the shoes looked all wrinkled, the inner sole seemed real cheap, and man, were they uncomfortable. Definitely not what I was promised on the website.

I really appreciate Caskers trying to stay on top of orders, but I was really disappointed when my whiskey got sent to the wrong address. The delivery company, GLS, said they were given the wrong address, so it wasn't their fault. Turns out, the address they actually delivered it to was also wrong. I did some digging and finally found my box at the incorrect address. I'm not sure if it was Caskers or GLS who made the mistake, but either way, it was frustrating. I shouldn't have had to go through all that trouble just to get my order. Not a great experience.

I've been sticking with this brand for more than three years now and let me tell you, their herbal supplements are the real deal. The quality is top-notch and I've never had any problems, except for one time when I just wasn't a fan of a product. But their customer service team was quick to help me out with a refund, which I really appreciated. All in all, this is my go-to brand for all my supplement needs and I've definitely seen a positive change in my health since I started using their products every day.

Unpleasant experience
My recent experience with this place was a total letdown. I booked a room with them and ran into a bunch of problems. They didn't give me the room I asked for, and they charged me extra for stuff I didn't even use. When I tried to talk to their customer service about it, they were no help at all. I left feeling super annoyed and unsatisfied.

The delivery showed up super fast and smooth. I've been loving the Vitamin C 20% serum, it really brightens up my skin. The retinol night cream was just okay, nothing too special. But, I'm a big fan of the prebiotic & niacinamide serum - it feels so fancy on my skin and doesn't irritate at all. And that peptides & antioxidant cream? It's a total winner for me. So hydrating and perfect under makeup.

I was pumped to give this app a shot after watching those YouTube vids talking it up, but man, after giving it a go for a couple of weeks here in Pakistan, I realized the surveys were pretty scarce. I only got a measly two-cent bonus each day, and that was it. Bummer to see that the good stuff is only for folks in Europe and North America. Save yourself the trouble if you're not in those areas.

Well, look at this - a gadget that didn't even last a year before conking out on us. And on top of that, they have the nerve to say we need to swap out the blade in just 6 months, even though they brag about a "12-month warranty." They actually went ahead and canceled my in-law's flight without even giving me a heads up, then went on to rebook them 2 days later! Can you believe it? So my in-laws were basically stranded in Dubai for like 19 hours after what was supposed to be a 7-hour flight! When I complained, customer service initially offered some compensation, but guess what? They ended up taking it back. Ridiculous, right? Definitely the worst airline I've ever dealt with, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Oh my gosh, I got these sneakers and they are seriously amazing! They even came with free COVID masks that are made from the same material as the sneakers. My experience with the CVS in Conway, Arkansas has been really frustrating because they keep messing up my prescription orders. Even though my doctor sends them over, CVS keeps saying they never arrived, causing delays and tons of confusion. It's so annoying, especially since I never had this problem when using Walgreens.
