Issue with booking and billing
I had a major issue with booking and billing at this hotel. They ended up charging me twice and when I reached out to the hotel, they told me it was no big deal and that the booking website would take care of it. But guess what? Nothing was resolved! I attempted to get in touch with customer service but never received a response. It's like they're trying to rip me off!
Fraudulent website, no refund received
This website is such a scam, I wouldn't recommend booking anything with them. I followed their policy and canceled my booking, but it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. They don't even bother responding to any of my messages, and their customer service might as well not exist. Just a heads up, better steer clear of this website.
Search online for a hotel
So, I was looking online for hotels and came across one that wasn't too pricey. When I clicked on the link, it took me to the hotel's website. I used my card to pay in dollars and surprisingly there was no bank verification required 😅. The charge went through immediately, but then I was stuck on a loading screen forever... I was freaking out until I finally got a text and email to confirm my reservation. Whew, what a relief! Turns out, the room was actually booked 🤪.
Last-minute hotel booking
I had to find a hotel really last minute before my flight and luckily stumbled upon this website on Google. At first, I was a bit worried it could be sketchy, but it turned out to be legit! The prices were much lower than if I booked directly with the hotel, which was great. Right after booking, I called the hotel to double-check my reservation and everything was good to go. When I was checking out, there was a small hiccup where I had to confirm my country of residence and the price changed a bit, but it wasn't a big deal. We had to pay a little extra fee at check-in, but it wasn't too bad considering the hotel was the most affordable option with a free airport shuttle. The best part was getting a confirmation text with a link that allowed me to resend the confirmation email and even update my email address - really convenient!
Unpleasant experience
My recent experience with this place was a total letdown. I booked a room with them and ran into a bunch of problems. They didn't give me the room I asked for, and they charged me extra for stuff I didn't even use. When I tried to talk to their customer service about it, they were no help at all. I left feeling super annoyed and unsatisfied.
Family-owned hotel in peaceful and safe area
I recently stayed at this hotel that's run by a family. It's located in a nice and safe area, and the vibe there is totally family-friendly. It's super chill and peaceful, perfect for taking care of yourself and just being yourself. It's a great spot to kick back and relax, knowing you're safe and secure. The staff is really nice and helpful, which made my stay even better. I definitely suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet and family-oriented place to stay in the area.
Reservation at a hotel
My experience trying to make a reservation at this hotel was just so frustrating. I went through all the steps to book a room, but when I got there, they said they didn't have my reservation. It was a huge hassle trying to find somewhere else to stay last minute, and it really let me down. I felt like I got ripped off, and I think this hotel needs to face some consequences for their shady business practices.
False advertising
I saw this really good deal and thought "Wow, I should check it out!". But when I tried to get it, they told me it was expired even though it was still on the website. It felt like a total scam, like they just wanted to grab my credit card info or something.
Reservation Scam in Vangvieng Laos
I had a really bad experience with a reservation I made in Vangvieng Laos. When I got to the hotel, they said they had no record of my booking because it wasn't under my name. I was left without a place to stay and out a bunch of money. I had to rush to find a different hotel, which was a waste of time and money. It was even more frustrating that there wasn't a phone number on the confirmation for me to call the hotel. The whole thing felt like a scam, and I want to remind people to always double-check their reservations before they travel.
Hotel booking
I just booked a hotel on this website and man, it was a mess. No confirmation number, couldn't make changes or get a refund. The lack of communication and help was super frustrating. I feel like I got played. Don't use this site, it's sketchy. Just a heads up.
Booking experience was disappointing
My experience with that booking website was a total letdown. I thought I had my reservation all set, but turns out it was all a scam. The info they gave me was completely bogus, and I ended up losing my money with nothing to show for it. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this website if you're thinking about making a reservation.
Double charged for June reservation
After I contacted Master Card for help, Ken over at HotelWiz didn't do anything to fix the mistake of double charging me. I had to wait for 90 days with no progress at all. Ken said he wanted to assist, but he turned out to be untrustworthy, dishonest, and afraid to handle the situation. I recommend avoiding this company completely, they're absolutely useless.
Non-refundable hotel room reservation
I recently booked a hotel room through HotelWiz that was non-refundable. Then my flight got canceled, and I couldn't make it to my destination. I called the hotel (Vdara) directly, but they said they couldn't refund me because of the booking terms. So, I contacted HotelWiz, not expecting much since it was a non-refundable reservation. But, surprisingly, HotelWiz actually gave me a refund! I was really impressed by their customer service and how they understood my situation. Because of this experience, I would definitely use HotelWiz again in the future.
Hotel Reservation
This is a scam website. I cancelled my hotel before cancellation due date but it has been a month that I still haven't received my fund.

Muy mala experiencia, desde junio he estado esperando la devolución de un hotel que cancelé debido a un accidente de moto, les aporté la documentación del hospital, y he tenido que mandar más de 70 emails, me han estado dando largas desde entonces para pagarme solo una pequeña parte, y no el total del hotel tal y como nos dijeron. Además hablé directamente con Iberostar Parque Central de la Habana y nos dijeron que no penalizaban y que hotelwiz nos lo debía devolver íntegro, pues no ha sido así, después de 6 meses de emails semanales, me han estado engañando que ya lo habían devuelto, y después de mucho insistir me han devuelto solo una tercera parte de lo que pagué. Son muy poco serios, una experiencia horrible, no recomiendo para nada esta empresa, cualquier otra menos está, pero no compréis ni reservéis a través de Hotelwiz.

ABSOLUTE SCAM/FRAUD
I tried to book a hotel through Priceline and somehow this company showed up as having the cheapest rate on their site. I clicked through to book it, entered all my information (including credit card for payment) and hit enter. It went to a blank page. I immediately called hotelwiz and was met with a gentleman who tried to tell me that I didn’t have an active reservation but they had all my information (suspicious to begin with) he then informed me that because transactions happen in “real time”, that the reservation would be $99.00 more PER NIGHT. I said “no way. Please cancel the reservation, that’s impossible” He then became irate and started screaming at me that I wasn’t listening and don’t understand how hotel bookings work. I then told him “since you don’t have an active reservation for me, please remove my information from your system and I will be calling my bank” He then told me that I was “threatening him” when I said I was calling my bank to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged.
I hung up with him and immediately called my bank where I was informed that they had hit my account TWICE for over $500 each transaction. I had to cancel my card (which is super inconvenient while traveling) and then tried to call the hotelwiz company back to speak to a supervisor. I was hung up on twice and then they blocked my number.

Completely fraudulent, rude, unprofessional and scam artists!!Hotel rooms
AVOID THIS SITE! This site is a complete scam. You will be charged, and they will not proceed with payment to the hotel, leaving you without a room when you attempt to check in and leading to even higher charges as you attempt to locate a room at the last moment. Terrible, scammy services. Repeated promises to return call to rectify the situation but you will not be called back. Any excellent reviews of this site are obviously fake. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Hotel reservation
I made a hotel reservation that was billed the day I made my reservation about a week for the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel the reservation was never made and the hotel was full.
Contacted support and they said they would check and call bacd within 15 minutes. After I found the last room at another hotel and 45 minutes I called back. There was nothing done and I demanded a refund for my new Hotel charge. I was told to send in invoice and I would get a refund within 24-48 hours. Three days later I called and there was not status. I called two days later and was told the same and sent an email stating they are still waiting for approval 4 days ago. I emailed yesterday and no response.
Canceling with the credit card as this appears to be a scam company.
