Soft and cozy scarf
Wow, this scarf is seriously so soft and cozy, perfect for staying warm during the winter months. The material is really nice and feels great against my skin. The customer service was top-notch too, super friendly and helpful. But I was kind of bummed that it took a whole 9 days for the scarf to get to me.

Vit C brightening pads
Alex was so helpful when I needed to reorder my vitamin C brightening pads. I love this brand, not only do they have amazing products, but their customer service is top-notch. My go-to items are the bee venom cleanser, it really plumps up my face, and the dragon blood face gel. The advent calendar I got this year was full of fabulous stuff, but next year I hope they add some snake products and more bee venom cleanser. I will definitely be buying from this brand again. I follow the owner on Instagram, she's a total boss babe and my style icon. I even think she's my lucky charm, as good things always happen to me when I read her books. Broken sign replacement
When I got my sign, I was bummed to see that one of the letters was broken and not stuck together right. It's a gift from my girlfriend for my birthday, so it was a big letdown. But when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me right away and sent me a new sign for free. They even said they're sending me a birthday gift, but I don't have any info on that yet. The new sign is perfect, just like I wanted. Big thanks to the team for fixing everything so quickly!

Smart Air Purifier Purchase
When I got the Smart Air Purifier, I tried to set it up but ran into a bunch of issues. It wouldn't connect to the WiFi and kept giving me an error about a missing filter. It was really frustrating, so I reached out to customer service, but that just added to my disappointment. The person I talked to had trouble speaking English, making an already annoying situation even worse. After spending over an hour trying to fix the WiFi problem, I decided to just return the purifier. But the experience was disappointing and made me doubt its reliability. I couldn't leave a review on the website because anything less than 5 stars got filtered out. I was looking at makeup products as a customer and I was really disappointed to see a cosmetic company using politics to sell makeup.
