I'll reorder — arrived quick, first saw it on a forum my friend sent me, glad it worked.
Still waiting, kind of disappointing
don’t count on a smooth delivery. No tracking, no ETA, had to dispute for a refund. They did reply once, oddly.
Thought it'd sit on top

the gadget does what it should and my back actually feels better, but the buying process was a headache. Paid for the item, paid what looked like taxes and shipping at checkout — then FedEx drops the package off (they handed it to my wife, no mention of anything) and later mails a separate invoice for import duties that almost doubled the cost. Medex didn’t warn me at checkout that duties might apply and when I messaged them I never got a reply. FedEx gave me an email to dispute it, so I’m trying that route. I’m relieved the device works and I’m glad it helped, really — just annoyed at the surprise bill and the silence from the seller. Felt a bit ambushed by paperwork, but at least the pain’s better.
Small win, messy ride
apparently a second tracking number showed it returned to sender. I asked for details and they said they'd forward info — never got it. The last person I spoke with seemed flustered and not super helpful, which sucked. In the end the package arrived and the item is fine, which is why I'm not leaving a terrible review. Still, the communication needs work. If you can tolerate a little chase, you'll get what you ordered. But be ready to follow up.
