Tracheostomy tube purchase
I picked up a tracheostomy tube from this online medical supply store after searching for it everywhere for over a month. I was a bit unsure at first because of some negative reviews I had read, but I decided to take a chance since I really needed the item. I chose the fastest delivery option and even added another item to my order over the phone. Surprisingly, my experience with MedexSupply turned out great. The customer service rep I talked to was really helpful and knew their stuff. They said my package would be sent out in 2 to 3 days, and sure enough, I got an email from the courier service within that timeframe. The package came safe and sound 3 days after the email. Everything went smoothly from ordering to getting my stuff delivered, and I was happy with both the product and the packaging quality.
Recent multiple orders
I've been ordering from this company a few times as a regular customer, and I've always been happy with how everything goes. Even though they're based in California, my stuff always gets here quickly and in good shape. I got myself an oximeter, some hand sanitizer, KN95 masks, and disinfectant, and everything was easy to order. I recently bought some really cool stuff from this store, and let me tell you, it was amazing! Then, I made another order not too long ago and it did take a little longer to arrive, but that's just because the item was super rare and hard to find. They were the only ones that had it in stock! I picked up some hand sanitizer earlier and it smelled really awful. When I used it, it burned my mouth and felt toxic. I reported it to the FDA, but even after 10 hours, the smell hasn't gone away.
Wrong Product Received
I bought something from this company the other day and they sent me the wrong thing. It was a total bummer, especially since the website and invoice showed that I was supposed to get the right item. But on the bright side, they did give me a full refund without making me send back the wrong product. Dealing with it was a pain, but at least I got my money back in the end.
