Quick, easy process
I had a great experience with the folks over at Veriheal. Getting my account all set up was super easy, and the online chat with the doc was quick and helpful. I got my card pretty quickly, no problems there. My only issue is that there aren't many dispensaries close by to pick from.

The products at this store used to be really good, but they've gone downhill lately. I bought something that didn't fit right, so I had to return it. But when it arrived, there was no return slip in the package, which made things way more annoying. Trying to get help online was a pain because I couldn't find the info I needed. And to top it off, there was no customer service on the phone over the weekend, so I had to wait even longer. Finally, after a lot of effort, I finally got through to a call center, but the person there couldn't even find my order or any of my info. It was so frustrating and just added to my disappointment. Luckily, I found the email confirmation by myself, but the whole thing left me feeling so let down and irritated. I know there are other stores out there with better stuff and much better customer service, so this whole experience was just a waste of time.

Missing package
My package showed up as delivered, but I never got it. I called customer service and they were on it, filing a claim for me right away. They quickly sent out a whole new order with speedy delivery. I was pretty impressed with how they took care of everything and made sure I got my stuff.

Expensive package of 4 with an extra charge for the brush
I splurged on this expensive set of four hoping it would give me that supermodel glow. But you know what? It didn't do a darn thing! My skin looks exactly the same, no change at all. Such a waste of money!

5 dresses
I ordered 5 dresses back in February and I had to constantly email about my order. I just received it as I need the items for an upcoming photoshoot. The issue is EVERYTHING is TO SMALL and the material is cheaply made. Nothing is how it is on their website. I wouldn't suggest anyone to order from them.
I have not received my order the order number is not going through to track it is this a problem . Could you help me.

Hard cover photobook
Extremely long wait for delivery. They cropped all my photos and cut off most important parts. Blurred out sides if photo didn’t fit page they need a format to fully print iPhone pictures. Paid. $45. Not worth it. Also customer services still hasn’t called or returned email Do not use them
Same thing happened to me! Expanded blurry, cut off photos. I sent all the pics as they were on my phone and what they looked like after being expanded. 85% of the book is BAD! They emailed me but are not willing to make this right! Horrible experience..
