Cancelled order
My time dealing with LA Apparel was pretty frustrating, to be honest. I had placed an order, but then this lady named Jen went and cancelled it. She didn't seem to care about how I felt or the fact that I had money tied up in it, which really got me heated. Luckily, this guy Paul came to the rescue. He actually took the time to hear me out and understand why I was so bummed. Even though he wasn't even the one usually in charge of online orders, he still managed to sort everything out for me. Jen seriously needs a lesson in customer service!
Sweater purchase
The sweater I bought was a total letdown. It cost way too much and didn't fit right at all. The material was cheap and stinky, with a bunch of little fuzzballs on it. Their size small felt more like an extra small, which was super disappointing. I returned it because it was so poorly made, but I never got my money back. Customer service said I sent back the wrong thing, but I know that's not true. I tried to get it sorted out, but they never got back to me. All in all, a really bad experience with this company.
T-shirt purchase
I tried to buy a t-shirt from this website, and let me tell you, it was a total scam! They never sent me anything, and on top of that, they kept asking for my bank statement, like seriously? I was hoping to get a really cool shirt, but all I got was scammed big time. Definitely do not order from this place, it's super fake and they're just after your money! I would give it a 0/10, do not recommend at all.
damaged goods
I recently bought some items online, but when they arrived they were all messed up. So I tried to return them, but they told me they don't accept returns from the UK. Like, really? That's so frustrating. Why do they have such a limited return policy? I just wanted to get my money back or exchange the items, but nope, they weren't willing to help at all. I would definitely recommend avoiding this store if you're from the UK.
Exchange policy experience
I found a product I really liked at this company, but man, their exchange policy left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I swapped out an item that wasn't fitting right, and when I tried to return it for my money back, they only wanted to give me store credit instead of putting the cash back on my card. That wasn't what was advertised in their return policy, and I felt kinda tricked by them. After this experience, I definitely won't be coming back to shop here.
T-shirt order
I finally got my t-shirt order after waiting forever it felt like. The quality is really good and it fits just right. But man, the shipping took way longer than I thought because it was coming from the USA. It took about 12 days to get to me, which was pretty annoying. All in all, I'm happy with the shirt itself, just wish it arrived sooner.
Purchase - T-shirt and pants
My experience with this company was a complete disaster. I ordered a t-shirt and pants but never got them. When I contacted customer service, they basically said it wasn't their problem. They told me to talk to the shipping company, which I did. But GLS closed the case and sent me back to the company. It was a messed up situation with nobody taking responsibility. I'm still waiting to hear from them, but I'm not hopeful. It's frustrating that they would use a sketchy shipper like GLS and act like they have no duty to fix the issue. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. It's like flushing your money down the drain.
Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from this company and it was kind of a bummer. Ordering was easy, but everything after that was not so great. My package was super late, and when it finally arrived, the clothes weren't as nice as I hoped. I was expecting better quality, especially since the delivery was delayed. I wasn't happy with the prices either. Overall, it was not a good experience for me.
Wrap dress purchase
I picked up this wrap dress from a company not too long ago, but it turned out to be a dud. The thing was missing some loops or something that made it impossible to even put on. I didn't get around to trying it on until after the deadline for a refund or exchange had passed, and that's when I saw the problem. So, I shot off an email to their customer service team asking if they could either swap it out for me or fix it up. Their response came back pretty rude and unhelpful, basically saying too bad, so sad. Clearly, their customer service skills could use a tune-up in the courtesy department, not to mention their lack of willingness to make things right. The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't be singing their praises to anyone in the future.
Secret hoodie sale
I recently chatted with a customer service guy named Axel at this clothing company, who works in Germany and the UK. I was really impressed with how fast he got back to me after I sent an email. I asked about a sale on some secret hoodies, and Axel not only answered right away, but he also told me the sale was only happening on the US site. Even though, I said I still wanted to buy the hoodies. Then, surprise surprise, Axel reached out less than a minute later to say the sale would be happening on the EU site soon. His quickness and attention to detail really made me feel like a valued customer. I can't wait to get my order and see how good the materials are. The service from this company has been so great that I'm thinking of leaving another review once I get the clothes.
black bra dye disaster
I picked up this black bra from the store and it didn't even have any washing instructions. When I wore it with my white shirt, it totally messed it up! I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they completely ignored my complaint. It's really annoying because now I lost a good bra and a cute shirt. Such a waste of money and time. Definitely not cool.
Jeans and t-shirts
Oh, this is so irritating! I had to return something yet again and didn't get all of my money back. The first time was such a hassle and I only got my refund because I wrote a review. Now, I'm leaving another review and crossing my fingers that I'll actually get my money back this time because they never bother to read or reply to my emails. It's just so frustrating!

I bought some personal stuff from this company recently, but it didn't go well. The items arrived in really gross conditions, and that was a big letdown. I even tried to escalate it, but still nothing. I ended up leaving a comment on their Instagram page, but it got taken down right away. It's been over a week now since I first reached out to them, and I'm really surprised by how bad their customer service has been through all of this. This whole situation has left me feeling let down and questioning the brand's values. It's really sad to see how little they care about customer satisfaction and taking responsibility.
messed up order
The rules here are ridiculous! I tried to cancel my order right away, but they wouldn't let me. I have to wait until it's delivered. And on top of that, some of the stuff isn't even refundable! It also took forever to get my stuff. I'm never coming back, this place is just not cool.
Promo code issue resolved
Recently, I ran into a problem with a promo code when I was making a purchase. But the customer service team was on it in a flash and took care of the issue with no problem. I was really impressed with how professional and quick they were in fixing everything. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here and telling my friends about their great service.
