    Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old

    I ordered some Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old daughter from you all and was super happy with the selection. But then, the package got lost somewhere for like, over 20 days. I was stressing out that my poor kiddo would be let down on Christmas morning. I got in touch with your customer service team, and let me tell you, they really stepped it up. They went out of their way to find that package and made sure it got to us just in time for Christmas. I was seriously impressed by how much they cared and worked hard to make sure we were happy. This whole thing really showed me how awesome your company is and I am so grateful for all the effort they put in.

    Cute dresses for Easter

    I got these really cute dresses for Easter from this website. I messed up my address, but when I reached out to customer service, they couldn't change it. They did give me the tracking info and the shipping company, so it all worked out. The dresses are adorable and just right for Easter! So excited to wear them.

    I just bought some clothes online and they're made of good fabric, but they didn't say what season they're for.     Recent order delivery experience

    I ordered from this company recently, and usually their products are top-notch, but this time the delivery was not great. The courier said they tried to deliver it twice, which is weird because I've never had trouble getting my orders before. Two days before it actually arrived, I got a message saying they had tried to deliver it, and that just made me even more annoyed. Finally, after waiting 20 days, I got the order. Now I'm just hoping the baby clothes I ordered will fit.

    I bought this really cute outfit for my little sister, but it was so frustrating that I could only order one since it was on sale. I mean, why wouldn't they want to make more money by letting people buy more than one? It just doesn't make sense to limit customers like that. I really hope they change that rule soon because it's pretty annoying.
