    I clicked through a few pages and honestly I was pleasantly surprised — everything looks clean and not cluttered. The product photos are great, really bright and zoomable, which helped me compare details without guessing (wish they'd add short videos though). Menus are obvious, filters for price, color and ratings made finding stuff fast. Prices seem reasonable for what you get. Payment & shipping info is right there, and the FAQ/live chat made me feel less anxious — returns are spelled out too. Overall smooth, I'll probably order and I'm kind of excited to try one.

    Nice photos, poor fabric

    I pictured cozy little onesies for my newborn nephew - something soft against his skin - so I ordered six items (onesies, a couple wool-labeled pieces, and some marked 100% cotton). I needed decent fabric because my sister’s baby has sensitive skin and we don't compromise on that. The photos online looked great, but when the box reached Seattle the clothes felt flimsy, thin, and the prints already looked faded. Some "wool" pieces were rough, not warm or soft. I paid in rupees and honestly don't know where it shipped from, which just added to the disappointment. Won't buy again.

    There I was, ripping open the package on a Tuesday evening and thinking, huh, not bad at first glance. I tried them on right away — wrong fit, fabric felt cheap — so I clicked return. Big mistake. It took forever to even reach a live person, and when I finally did they asked a million questions like they were interrogating me. Then, after the runaround, ok you can send it back — but you'll pay $30 shipping. For two tiny pieces. Great. Delivery itself was fine, arrived when expected, but customer service made the whole thing a mess. If you're counting on that 'free return' claim, don't. Took way too much time and patience. Left me pretty annoyed, honestly.

    Lost my Christmas money, seriously

    don’t order from these folks — I paid close to $400 and never got a thing. I’m a single mom on a fixed budget, so that hit hard. I ordered a couple of kids’ coats (size 5 Minnie varsity and a Barbie one) and other stuff for holiday gifts, thought I found a good deal, paid up, and then nothing arrived. I emailed them, waited, and still no answers — it’s just radio silence. I’ll be talking to a lawyer Monday and I’m filing with the BBB, because I can’t just let $400 disappear. Wish I’d read the bad reviews first, live and learn, I guess. If you’re thinking of ordering: double-check reviews, maybe use a card that lets you dispute charges, and don’t assume it’s fine just because the site looks nice.     Good fit, lousy follow-up

    I was actually pretty happy when the box arrived. I’d ordered a dress to match the family outfits for Easter and it looked right. I tried it on, it fit, so I folded it back in the bag and set it aside. A few days later I washed it like I always do before wearing new stuff. When I hung it up to dry I noticed something weird — the skirt was sewn so the slit ended up in the back. It was backwards. I’d never worn it, only tried it on, so I reached out and sent pictures. Problem was, it was past their 30‑day window. I explained it was defective and asked for a replacement. That’s all I wanted. They offered me a refund instead. Fine, except I got it on sale and now if I want the same dress I’ll pay more plus shipping to reorder. So I either lose money or lose the matching outfit idea. Customer service wouldn’t budge. They kept saying past 30 days, no replacement, just refund. That part annoyed me a lot. The fabric and fit were actually pretty nice though, and I’m genuinely glad the dress itself was comfortable and looked good when I tried it. Just disappointed by how the return was handled and that it cost me extra to fix something that wasn’t my fault. Also couldn’t upload the photos to show them, which didn’t help. Anyway, nice dress, shaky experience. I expected better.

    That catchy ad almost stopped me

    the ad song is still obnoxious to me. It’s the kind of tune that gets stuck and makes me roll my eyes every time it pops up on YouTube. That didn’t change — I’d prefer they swap it for something less relentless. Service and delivery were fine though, no drama, stuff arrived on time and the packaging was neat. So would I recommend? If you need decent, cheap kid clothes and don’t care about the marketing noise, go for it. If jingles drive you nuts, maybe mute the videos first. Overall happy with the clothes, mildly annoyed by the marketing.

    Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old

    I ordered some Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old daughter from you all and was super happy with the selection. But then, the package got lost somewhere for like, over 20 days. I was stressing out that my poor kiddo would be let down on Christmas morning. I got in touch with your customer service team, and let me tell you, they really stepped it up.     Recent order delivery experience

    I ordered from this company recently, and usually their products are top-notch, but this time the delivery was not great. The courier said they tried to deliver it twice, which is weird because I've never had trouble getting my orders before. Two days before it actually arrived, I got a message saying they had tried to deliver it, and that just made me even more annoyed. Finally, after waiting 20 days, I got the order. Now I'm just hoping the baby clothes I ordered will fit.
