Bought a lumbar support pillow because my back hurts; I hesitated—seller unknown. They marked it delivered but I never got it, so doubts remain.
Billing worry, then relief
I started using it right after ordering, and when the second month's billing didn't happen I was relieved, honestly happy it worked well.
USPS? Not really
I hesitated since it claimed USPS. Took chance anyway. Tracking wasn't USPS. Felt misled, product okay though. Check tracking—won't order again.

Saw Jamar's reply on the support thread; he got what I meant, fixed it fast, and I actually relaxed — told a coworker about him.
