Return and refund process
I had to return some items that came late, and I gotta say, the customer service I got was really great. When I contacted them about the issue, a lady named Honeylette helped me out with the return and refund super quickly. She was really knowledgeable and friendly the whole time, which made the whole process way easier and less of a hassle for me.

Purchased wallpaper not up to par
I got some new wallpaper, but I gotta say, it's kind of a let down. The one I got before was amazing, but this time it seems like they cut corners. The color is off, the paper is flimsy, and it just doesn't have that same wow factor. It's pretty disappointing to see a drop in quality like this.
