Tools and equipment
Man, this company is a total nightmare to work with. I tried to buy some tools and equipment from them, and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. The prices were super low, which should've been a warning sign, but I didn't pay attention. When I tried to reach out for help, they said I could only get in touch through chat or email. So, I decided to shoot them an email. I sent a bunch of emails about combining my shipments, getting my orders, and asking for a refund. But all I got in return were automated responses with case numbers, saying they'd get back to me. Well, surprise - they never did. I even gave them my number for a call back, but that never happened either. It's clear they don't actually care about helping their customers. In the end, I had to take things into my own hands and file a claim with my credit card company just to try and get my money back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Feather and down pillow
My mom put me on to this spot where she grabbed these ultra cozy pillows, and I just had to check it out. I snagged one of them feather and down pillows 'cause I'm all about sinking into it like a cloud, not bouncing around like I'm on a trampoline. The delivery was right on schedule and now I'm living my best pillow life! Definitely gonna come back for more goodies from this place!

I'm really upset about my experience with this service. I paid for a whole year already, and now they're charging me again before my subscription is finished. It's really not okay and it's messing up my finances. Also, the fact that there's no customer support is really frustrating. How can a company not have a way for customers to talk about problems like this? It's just a big mess.
