Man, this company is a total nightmare to work with. I tried to buy some tools and equipment from them, and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. The prices were super low, which should've been a warning sign, but I didn't pay attention. When I tried to reach out for help, they said I could only get in touch through chat or email. So, I decided to shoot them an email. I sent a bunch of emails about combining my shipments, getting my orders, and asking for a refund. But all I got in return were automated responses with case numbers, saying they'd get back to me. Well, surprise - they never did. I even gave them my number for a call back, but that never happened either. It's clear they don't actually care about helping their customers. In the end, I had to take things into my own hands and file a claim with my credit card company just to try and get my money back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

This was actually my first time buying from this company, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how well they took care of me. The company is amazing when it comes to comfort and customer service, they totally deserve that five-star rating. Ever since the pandemic hit, they've been on point with their service. But there's one thing that bugs me - this constant smell of latex. I've had this mattress for three months now and that smell just won't budge. It's really noticeable when I flip my pillow at night, especially when my body heat kicks in. It's super annoying. Now I've got this weekly routine of changing sheets, washing pillows, and airing out the latex layers just to keep the smell under control. It's frustrating to splurge on a top-notch mattress only to have to deal with this pesky, lingering smell in my bed.

My mom put me on to this spot where she grabbed these ultra cozy pillows, and I just had to check it out. I snagged one of them feather and down pillows 'cause I'm all about sinking into it like a cloud, not bouncing around like I'm on a trampoline. The delivery was right on schedule and now I'm living my best pillow life! Definitely gonna come back for more goodies from this place!

So, I was trying to get my hands on this Launch Umbilical Tower model, you know, from the Saturn V5 rocket era back in the 60s. I reached out to PayPal right away, and they poked around and confirmed that the shop, Vonado, was definitely fishy. Luckily, I got my money back in no time, but I was bummed out about missing out on the Launch Umbilical Tower model for my collection.
