Home security system installation
I recently got a home security system put in and my experience with the company was really great. When I asked for a quote, they responded super quickly which was impressive. They called me right away to set up a visit with a security consultant who knew their stuff and was really helpful the whole time. The consultant, Matt, explained everything in detail and made sure I knew how the system worked. The installation went smoothly and was done efficiently, and I was really impressed with the level of service I got. A follow-up call from Max the next day showed me that they really care about making their customers happy. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and I feel a lot safer in my home now.
Dog alarm incident
While I was out to lunch with some family that was visiting, we totally forgot to turn off our house alarm with our dog still inside. So, when I got a call from a number I didn't recognize, I didn't answer at first. But then they texted me and told me to call back. It turns out it was Verisure letting me know our alarm was on, and they even sent a picture of our dog in the kitchen. The guy on the phone was super understanding and helped us turn off the alarm from afar. Their service was seriously amazing and stopped us from having a huge problem.
Window sensor reinstallation
I just had some new windows installed and had to remove the window sensors. So, I called up customer service for some help and they quickly scheduled an engineer to stop by. Tinashe Vambe ended up coming to my place and did a great job putting all the sensors back where they belong. He made sure to test everything properly and also took the time to answer some questions I had. I was really impressed by how professional and friendly he was the whole time. His ID is 251254.
Alarm and camera installation
The alarm and camera setup was a breeze. Dean, the guy who came to install them, did a great job. He was quick and made sure everything was done right. He walked us through how to use them both, explaining every little detail. The next day, Cheri from their customer service team gave us a call to check in and see if we were happy with everything. She even shared some useful tips on how to get the most out of the camera, which we really appreciated.
Quick, efficient, and professional service
The tech showed up right on time and was super nice the whole time they were fixing stuff. Not only did they take care of the problem I called about, but they also looked at all my other stuff to make sure everything was good to go. I was really impressed with how careful and professional they were. It was a great experience overall.
Expensive but worth it
I bought this security system recently and even though it cost a bit, it's totally worth it. Whenever there's an issue, they answer the phone right away and send someone over quickly. This guy Gary came over and he was great, making sure everything was working perfectly!
Battery replacement and device check
Today, a Security Expert came by to change the batteries in my smoke alarm. His name was Major Singh and he was really courteous and professional. Besides the smoke alarm, he also checked all the other devices on my property to make sure they were working fine. If any batteries needed to be changed, he did it quickly and with new ones. Now I feel better knowing that all my home security stuff is good to go.
Security coverage with quick response
The security they provide is awesome - they respond super quickly to any false alarms. The staff is really nice and helpful, making sure we're happy with everything. It might not be the cheapest option, but the service we get is totally worth it. We feel really safe knowing they're looking out for our property and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs top-notch security.

I just got a security system and I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. I had this really awesome security system installed just a few days after I got a quote. They gave me the quote on Tuesday and had it installed by Friday! And then they even called me a few days later just to check in and see how things were going. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out.
