Problematic package delivery
I bought something a while ago, and I've had a really frustrating experience. I placed my order on May 5th and got a tracking number right away. The package was coming from overseas, which worried me a little. But after reading good reviews from other customers, I thought I'd take a chance. Unfortunately, things went downhill when the sender put the wrong address on the package, so it couldn't be delivered. I tried to fix it, but the sender didn't offer much help, and I felt like I was going in circles.

Protein powder
I don't usually need supplements, but when I do need protein powder, I always go to this store. The staff really knows their stuff and they're always happy to help me pick out the best product for me. The products they have are top quality and I've liked everything I've tried so far. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe throwing in some samples or freebies with online orders, like they do in-store with shirts or shakers. Overall, I'm super happy with shopping here and I'll definitely keep coming back as a loyal customer.

Matt Rodgers, the technician, did a great job installing everything just the way I asked for. The cameras and zerovision were placed exactly where I wanted them, following my design perfectly. The installation was really neat, and I could start using the app immediately. Matt explained everything clearly and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. All in all, the service was top-notch.

I was a little wary about trying out this new virtual communication platform because of some bad reviews I saw online, but I figured I'd give it a go. Turns out, my time with this company was a total nightmare. Even after I canceled my subscription, they kept charging me without asking. Dealing with customer service to get it sorted out was a huge pain and took up a lot of my time. The pricing was not worth all the trouble, especially with those sneaky extra charges they tried to slip in without giving me a heads up. In the end, I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
