I have had the opportunity to work with PRO EDU, a company that specializes in educational resources for photographers and videographers. My experience with them has been mostly positive, but there are a few areas where they could improve.

If you want to step up your game in content creation and business, PRO EDU is the way to go. I've checked out a bunch of educational platforms, and this one is hands down the best. The content is awesome and fun to watch. I've bought almost everything they offer and even signed up for their subscription/founder program. Let me tell you, the value you get from these is just amazing. I've been a happy customer since 2014 and I don't see myself going anywhere else.

I gotta say, the tutorials I bought from that website a few years back were freakin' amazing. This whole thing is a total scam, they promise stuff for photographers but all they give you is CGI tutorials. And on top of that, there's zero support, which just adds to the feeling of being totally scammed. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this platform. It's just straight up ridiculous.

I signed up for a 7-day trial over the weekend, but I'm still not able to get to any of the content. It seems like the support team is ignoring me, and it's as if all they really care about is getting me to sign up for the auto-renewal. This whole thing just feels like a scam.
Membership access
The tutorials on the website are really helpful and well-organized, giving a lot of information on the subject. However, I had a bad experience with customer service. Even though I canceled my monthly membership with ten days notice, I was locked out of the site right away, losing the days I already paid for. I tried to get help but didn't hear back for a whole week, and the responses I got were not helpful. When I finally got access back, I was surprised to see my membership had been renewed without me knowing, and I paid for an extra month. The lack of attention and communication from the customer service team was really frustrating, making me question how professional the company really is.
Overcharged and terminated account
My time as a loyal customer was a total nightmare. The customer service was super unprofessional and didn't keep me in the loop at all. I ended up losing money because of overcharging and couldn't even get onto the platform. And when I reached out to fix things, they just shut down my account without even telling me why. Now I've got legal stuff to deal with.
Long Download Times
The course content is really great, but man, trying to download the videos was such a pain. I thought I could just watch them online with an account, but nope, had to download each one separately. And the download speed was all over the place, sometimes fast, sometimes crazy slow. Plus, I kept getting kicked off the network, so I had to keep starting over. It took me forever just to get all the videos downloaded and ready to go. It was way too tough and annoying!
Online photography course
Learning photography online has been amazing for me. I've always loved taking pictures, but regular school just didn't work for me. With online classes, I can go at my own speed and dig into the stuff I'm most excited about. It's great to be able to learn so much more than what they teach in regular schools, and I can do it all from my living room.
Game-changing content

Other classes I've tried before only scratch the surface, but PRO EDU really goes in depth and gives all the details in a way that clicks with me. I signed up for an online photography course, but then they charged me more than I expected and wouldn't let me cancel. I had to ask my mom for help canceling it since they wouldn't listen to me. It was definitely not cool!
Game Changer
The science tutorial on colors was awesome! It completely changed my perspective on photography. I really enjoyed the tutorials and being able to download all the files to practice along with. It was definitely worth the investment!

I used to watch YouTube videos to learn how to edit photos, but PRO EDU is way better. The things I got from them have really helped me step up my game and get super creative. I'm excited to keep learning from them!
