I stumbled on iHerb while scrolling a wellness blog and I told my sister about it the same day. Their selection is great — I usually find everything I need, and I actually trust the products are legit, which is rare these days. That said, shipping is a pain point for me. The site gives a delivery date, I order, and then somehow it gets pushed back, sometimes by a day, once by several days. It's not a dealbreaker but it does feel misleading. If they were upfront about realistic delivery times I'd be totally sold. Still, I keep coming back regularly.
Nice box, lousy delivery
neat little box, light in hand. I never actually saw the courier though. Apparently they pushed the parcel to Australia Post as a bulk handoff — no knock, no card, nothing in my mailbox. Checked the tracking, it said "attempted delivery" but there's no proof. I sent two emails and got silence. The item itself felt fine when it finally arrived, but the whole process was clumsy and annoying. Won't trust this delivery route again.
That moment I finally relaxed
I was halfway through my coffee when I noticed the small package I’d been waiting on for my sore back still hadn’t arrived. I needed those supplements after a rough move and some stubborn pain, so yeah, I was annoyed. The courier didn’t even try and there was no card from the local postal service — classic third-party mess. I emailed, got radio silence, then surprisingly someone from the company actually rang me, apologized, and rerouted the parcel same day. That call — that’s when I knew they cared. Package showed up fine and even got a tiny upgrade, so I’m relieved.
iHerb Food
I thought I was saving some money, but I wasn't because I received a SPOILED bag of "Earth Circle Organics, Organic Coconut Cream Powder, 1 lb (453.4 g)" They claim they guarantee everything, but they DON'T. I used CHAT and tried to contact them several different ways. YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM. So, I'm out over $18 because of that. I'm in my 70's and I can't afford to just throw away bad food and now I have no coconut cream powder to make my KETO ice cream with. It's bad enough getting ripped off by a company, but even worse when you needed the product. All the other items I purchased appear to be good and I would make a larger purchase next time, but not when they have no customer service and won't do anything about spoiled or bad foods. I had to throw it away. I did wash out the bag and keep it, so I might see if I can have any luck with the manufacturer, but if they're like iHerb, I doubt it.
Still a fan after a little hiccup
I’ll keep shopping here — they proved they’ve got their act together. I needed bergamot oil for my evening diffuser routine (and honestly to replace a cheap bottle that gave me a headache), so I ordered from iHerb. At first I was kind of cautious — had a leaky bottle arrive once — but their customer support was fast and actually helpful, refunded me without drama. Other than that one flute of oil escaping, everything else has been solid: lots of options, decent prices, and straightforward checkout. I was skeptical at first because of past bad online buys, but this turned into a pleasantly reliable experience. Would recommend, yes.
Small wins, mostly happy
I grabbed things during a 30% off sale, some went out of stock and returned without the discount—annoying. Also, a phone number would be nice; email is okay but slow. They carry good bulk brands like Frontier and Starwest, and I appreciate seeing household items too. One more thing—would love to see mags like Wellness Labs RX, CBD/CBN sleep blends, and celery seed in bulk. Overall mild gripes but I keep ordering.
Quick mover
Worked well. Needed it for a last-minute move because of a bad back. Delivery was fast. Packaging was basic. Surprised the padding actually helped more than I thought.
Doorstep miracle
I was half-asleep and opened the door to the delivery—needed this after a brutal move and my back was already complaining, so fast drop-off and the driver even nudged it upstairs. Customer service called to check in and was straight-up helpful, no runaround, which I didn't expect after past headaches; pretty grateful it went smooth, honestly saved my back and my nerves.
Pleasant surprise
Started last week — quick replies, relieved (phew)
Saved my day, kinda

Surprise delivery
Mid-run my supplements arrived—fast delivery, helpful service, yay
Decent find, small flaws
Good overall; packaging messy, prices and delivery quick.
Almost skipped it
I was scrolling Instagram, skeptical, until the 29% tag showed up — then I was sold.
Discount sealed it
Knew I liked it when it fit my mornings — coffee, quick use, mostly reliable.
Worth a shot
Was unsure at first, now using it daily for work — quality surprised me.
Morning win
Surprised by fast delivery, helpful support; I use this gear every morning, honestly.
Wasn’t sure at first
Fast, reliable and tidy. My doubts mostly disappeared.
Quick thumbs-up
Love it — quick, reliable; saw them at my buddy's, told him.
