Worked well. Needed it for a last-minute move because of a bad back. Delivery was fast. Packaging was basic. Surprised the padding actually helped more than I thought.

I was half-asleep and opened the door to the delivery—needed this after a brutal move and my back was already complaining, so fast drop-off and the driver even nudged it upstairs.
