    Hey, I just had to share my terrible experience at that store with you. The employees were so rude to me! When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me that everyone working there is a manager. Isn't that strange? It's almost like they enjoy being mean. I even called the head honcho and encountered the same grumpy attitude. I've decided to take my business elsewhere from now on. So long!

    I stopped by the store at 4000 Towne Center Drive in Louisville, KY 40241, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service. The person working at the counter didn't seem to care at all and didn't want to help me out. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience at this place, so I've made up my mind to go somewhere else from now on. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, so I was hoping for better treatment and a more friendly attitude from the staff. But sadly, that's not what I got. I won't be going back to this location anymore.

    I was pretty bummed about my experience at Vitamin Shoppe as a customer. I had recommended a specific multivitamin to a friend because the sale price seemed like a good deal online. But when he went to buy it in person, he got charged full price instead of the discounted one I saw. When I called to ask why, the lady on the phone told me that my friend was supposed to mention the online sale to get the discount. That detail wasn't clear on the website or in the store, so it left me feeling frustrated and let down by how Vitamin Shoppe handles their sales.

    "Protein powder and energy bars"

    I went to the store on 57th Street in New York yesterday, and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch! Raj, Lilly, Amber, and Astor were super friendly and really knew their stuff. They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. I've been to this store a few times now, and each time has been a positive experience. I always leave feeling like a valued customer. They really make the store shine.

    Multivitamin and Protein Powder

    Lately, I've had some ups and downs with Vitamin Shoppe. When I go into the store, I usually find what I need, but sometimes they're out of stock on certain items. The prices are a bit high, but I can usually catch a good deal on sale or with their own brand products. On the other hand, ordering online has been a pain. Most of my orders have arrived way later than expected, and there was even one time when I got a notification that my store pickup item was ready, only to find out it wasn't. When my orders did get shipped out on time, the delivery companies they used were unreliable. It's frustrating that I can't choose the delivery company for some orders, especially since I really need my packages to arrive on time where I live.

    Vitamin Shoppe purchase

    I just bought something from this store, and it was a really bad experience. I bought a certain item online, but they sent me the wrong thing two times in a row. When I called customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and didn't fix the problem. It was so annoying and unnecessary to have to wait for FedEx to pick up the wrong item or return it. I definitely won't be buying anything from this store again.

    I went into the Vitamin Shoppe feeling terrible, like I had just come out of a toxic swamp. But then, I met Scott, the Store Manager. I told him I had accidentally poisoned myself and needed activated charcoal and water. Without even pausing, Scott immediately got what I needed, helped me mix it up, and made sure I was okay. His quick actions and kindness saved me from having to go to the expensive ER, and I am truly thankful for his amazing customer service and true concern. The employees at Vitamin Shoppe always go the extra mile, and they have definitely earned my loyalty.

    Vitamins with magnesium stearate

    Oh man, I can't stand shopping at this store because they always have products with magnesium stearate in them and it really messes up my skin! Like, seriously, do they not pay attention to what they're selling? They should at least take the time to look into the ingredients before using them in everything. Sure, the prices are low, but so is the quality apparently. No wonder I'm having all these side effects!

    Energy drink case

    I bought a case of energy drinks from Vitamin Shoppe recently and unfortunately, when it arrived, two cans were opened. It was weird because the shipping box wasn't even wet, so it seems like they knew the case was damaged before sending it. I reached out to customer service about it, but they only offered to refund me for the two damaged cans, even though the rest were sticky and not usable. It's really frustrating that they didn't take responsibility and try to make it right. As a customer, I expect better quality control and better solutions when something goes wrong with my order. Because of this experience, I won't be shopping at Vitamin Shoppe again.

    I recently went to the Vitamin Shoppe store in my neighborhood, and I just have to say, I'm always so impressed with the customer service there. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and really professional. I've actually recommended this store to my friends and family a bunch of times because of the great experiences I've had there. Plus, I've also used their online store and it's been awesome. The only hiccup I had was during the COVID-19 pandemic when the shipping got delayed. But when I contacted customer service, they quickly explained the situation and even refunded my express shipping fees. I'm a regular at this store and I'll definitely keep coming back because of the amazing service every time I stop by.

    Intrusive ad at full volume

    I recently had the annoying experience of coming across this obnoxious ad that suddenly started blaring at full volume while I was using my phone. Even after I turned down my phone's volume, it just kept going at full blast, totally interrupting my app time. It's just not cool for a company to override my phone settings like that - it's so rude and invasive. This whole situation left me feeling pretty irritated, and it's safe to say I won't be giving this business any more of my time or support.

    Okay, so I recently bought these collagen gummies from Vitamin Shoppe, and let me tell you, their website is just not good. I mean, it looks all fancy at first glance, but it's actually full of problems. There's this annoying ticker thing that's always distracting you, the search engine is basically useless, and the whole site just runs so slow. On top of that, it gathers way too much data from you, which kind of feels shady. And don't even get me started on the ads and how they track you. It's just a complete mess. Even the staff in the store has to deal with it, so you end up waiting forever. Not cool at all, man.

    Supplement purchase mistake

    I am so angry about the terrible customer service at this store. I placed an order for some supplements and even though I updated my address, they still sent it to my old one. When I reached out to customer service, they said they might not be able to cancel the order completely, so now I'm stuck with a bill for items I can't even get. How is this okay? I have to deal with my bank's fraud department now to try and get my money back. The Vitamin Shoppe's lack of responsibility and concern for customers is just awful.

    Probiotic supplement purchase

    I'm really let down by this company's lack of care for the customer experience. I recently bought some probiotic supplements, but when they were delivered, the package was left out in the hot sun for two days without me even knowing. I contacted the company about the issue, but they didn't seem to care and didn't offer any real help. They didn't seem worried about the condition of the product or how inconvenient this was for me. Their solution to return the item on my own dime or visit a store far away just didn't cut it for me. Overall, it was a terrible experience that shows they really don't value customer satisfaction.

    The Vitamin Shoppe has some awesome protein powders that you definitely won't come across in other stores. They seriously have flavors and brands that are totally different and tasty. And hey, if your protein powder ends up being a bust, don't blame the shop - they didn't create it!

    I recently ordered some multivitamins and unfortunately, one of the items was missing when my package arrived. I was pretty frustrated but decided to give customer service a call to see if they could help. I talked to a guy named Anthony and let me tell you, he was amazing! Anthony was so helpful, understanding, and really wanted to fix the problem for me. He quickly found the missing item in their system and made sure it was sent out to me right away. I was really impressed by his customer service skills, which was a nice change from some not-so-great experiences I've had before.     As someone who's a regular at health stores, I was pretty bummed when I went in and saw the bathroom was out of order. I mean, you'd think a place all about health and wellness would have a working bathroom for folks, right? Cleanliness is so important, especially in a store that's all about health products. I drop a good chunk of change here every month, but now I'm thinking about finding a new spot that makes sure these basics are covered.
