Durable backpack with zipper issues
Even though the backpack is tough and well-built, there's a problem with how the corners are designed that ends up putting too much pressure on the zippers. Once the zippers start coming off the fabric, that's when things get really annoying. I had to bug customer service for about 2-3 months until they finally did something about it. Dealing with all that was a big pain and took up so much time, making using the backpack not as great of an experience. If you're cool with constantly pestering customer service to fix a basic issue, then the backpack is actually pretty good.

As someone who's a regular at health stores, I was pretty bummed when I went in and saw the bathroom was out of order. I mean, you'd think a place all about health and wellness would have a working bathroom for folks, right? Cleanliness is so important, especially in a store that's all about health products. I drop a good chunk of change here every month, but now I'm thinking about finding a new spot that makes sure these basics are covered.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and I've gotten a lot of my collection from them. But I gotta say, I've been getting a little frustrated with how they handle prices. I'll wait patiently for months, sometimes up to a year for preorders to be shipped, and as soon as they finally send them out, they go on sale for a big discount. It just doesn't feel right for customers like me who paid full price and waited so long. I think they should offer that discount to those of us who already got our items as a way to show they value our loyalty.

I got this really cool toy from UnbeatableSale and I was so pumped to play with it. But man, when I tried to order it, it was like a total rollercoaster of emotions. At first, everything seemed good, but then the delivery got all screwed up. The toy was so late, I mean, way late, and the company had the nerve to blame me! Can you believe that? Finally, I got the toy, and it was amazing, but the whole ordering thing was a disaster.

Laundry Machine Cleaner
I have to use the product for the third time to say I am very impressed with it. Since I got married, the only way I've cleaned my washing machine has been to put it on hot water circle and let it clean on its own. Although it doesn't work at all, I still often ignore the brown mucus that clings to the sides of the drum, cause I was too lazy
But after only one use, I found the washing machine left with fresh smell and looked brighter. I can even reuse the cute little sachet as coin pouch.

Full set + comforter
Ordering was a breeze including customizing a set with a representative to get the full set sale price. The linen is lovely. The concept if the attached flat sheet seemed brilliant but was not well executed. It sagged down throughout the week. The comforter shifted and left the part at the top of the duvet empty and flat. The size of it was also ill fitting for our king size bed. Maybe if we slept with head pillows only, but I like some more hang over on the edges and it felt like we were fighting over it at night.
Also, returns are not “free.” It cost $57 to return the comforter and bed set, which had to be sent to two different return locations. Then there is a 19.99 rehoming fee. Starting the return process was ridiculous because they will not speak to you and you have to schedule a phone call to start the process...which wasn’t even discussed on this phone call...just an email sent with all the instructions, I waited weeks for the call just to get tell them I was t happy and to be sent the return info via email. Now it’s been several weeks since it’s returned and no refund yet of whatever is left over after the fees. And the most frustrating part to me is that I cannot leave a review on the website to let others know the good and the bad. I rely heavily on reviews for online retailers and it’s important people get the whole story. Linen is gorgeous and a great value comforter is great but still too warm for us. Rosewood complete bedding set

Right out of the box they were softer than the west elm sheets I had been using the past 3 months. Rosewood is a great neutral color that matched perfectly with my heathered grey bed. I look forward to using these for a very long time and I plan on adding the duvet cover in the near future.
