Halfway through week one I was itching to cancel — had bad experiences with slow support before — but their replies were fast, and the course files arrived cleanly. It’s subtle, not magical, but I’ve actually tweaked my mornings and feel steadier. Delivery and service turned my skepticism into a nod of approval.
Halfway into it
I was halfway through the consult and honestly Marissa knows her stuff — really solid. Trouble was her team kept pushing, pressure tactics all over again, felt like a car salesman. I've had friendlier, less pushy experiences elsewhere.
Finally clicked
I was skeptical at first—my friend tipped me and I half ignored it, but the night I used a technique and actually slept better I knew I was sold. Platform's easy, staff kind.
Pretty useful, with one tweak
Overall, it really helped me — glad I took it. The modules are solid, but for someone like me with dyslexia, there's just too much reading; I'd prefer more short videos and repeatable clips so I can actually remember stuff. I used the lessons in small chunks during lunch breaks and while cooking, and repeating sections stuck better. Happy with the learning, honestly.
Halfway useful, worth a try
the certificate thing wasn't clear for Australia, feels like an extra hurdle. Still useful, honestly.
Sticky reminders, mixed results
some modules repeat and the platform is clunky, but overall it helped in small ways, surprisingly.
Lessons That Stick
I caught myself muttering a module to my coffee this morning — not weird, just proof it's sticking. The lessons are plain, repeatable, and built so you revisit ideas without feeling lectured. I'm only on module five and I already reach for the examples during practice at my desk. The exercises feel practical, not just theory, and the pacing lets things settle. It makes me excited to try the next steps, and I'm confident this will turn into real skill with practice.
Skeptical at first
I wasn't sure this would be worth the money — I figured it could be thin or just high-level. After starting, my doubts faded, mostly. The curriculum is thorough and practical, and the level of support was a pleasant surprise; it's there all the time with regular live calls from Marisa and trainers, plus small group interactions with people from other countries. Those practical examples made a difference. It feels professional and usable; I expect to add it to my practice. I want more case studies.
Worth the time, even with the wobble
I’m glad I signed up. The course gives you real tools you can use right away (and not just fluffy theory). I say that because I jumped in, took messy notes, and actually went back to them — that alone made it stick. The videos and exercises are solid and you can pause whenever life interrupts (which it will, trust me). I also read the instructor’s short books beforehand — helpful to get the framework in my head — but you don’t have to. It’s not flawless: some modules felt a bit dense, and I replayed a couple sections to get it. Still, the balance of lectures, demos and practical tasks worked for me. Small wish: a few more real-time examples would’ve helped. If you’re curious, give it a go; set aside small chunks of time and you’ll slowly build momentum (and annoy your old habits less).
Misleading guarantee, decent content
I actually started this on a slow Sunday afternoon, curious to pick up a few coaching tricks. The site looked clean and checkout had a banner promising a two-week money-back window, so I bought the bundle and dove in right away. First impressions were okay — some lessons felt useful, others kind of padded, and the platform itself was a little clunky to move around in. After a couple days of poking through everything I realized most of it wasn’t what I needed, so I asked for a refund well within that two-week period. Then the trouble started. No reply to the first message, nothing in spam, so I called and emailed a few more times. Eventually someone pointed me to tiny terms buried somewhere that said one of the three courses couldn’t be taken past unit three to qualify. That specific condition was never made obvious at checkout, and it changed the whole thing for me. To be fair, the lessons I liked were decent and I can see the value for some people, but the way they handled the refund felt evasive and left a bad taste. Overall useful bits, awkward navigation, and disappointing customer support — not what I expected from a company selling personal growth.
Structured and useful, with one clear strength
concepts broken down, practice stitched in, and each module feels like it has a purpose. That made it easy to follow, and yes, I did revisit a few lessons because I missed a detail or two (my fault, not theirs). Content-wise it's practical rather than flashy; clinical points are stated plainly and then shown in practice. Marisa's explanations are concise, sometimes a little repetitive, but that repetition actually helped me remember the essentials. The community element is real — simple peer practice sessions and Q&As that matter, not just filler — so you get feedback and that makes the learning stick. A small gripe: some parts assume you already know basic therapy terms, so beginners might have to pause and look things up. Still, the pacing gives you room to absorb without feeling rushed. I also noticed an emphasis on ethics and client safety, and that wasn't just lip service — it came up in examples and supervision pieces, which I appreciated. By the end I felt confident applying several of the techniques, and my approach to clients (and to myself, frankly) shifted in a useful way. If I had a suggestion for others thinking of this course: be ready to do the practice hours and take the community sessions seriously — that's where the real progress happens. Overall, a dry, clear training that starts from some sensible skepticism and leaves you competent and surprisingly satisfied.
Weight loss and sleep programs
I just bought the weight loss and sleep programs, and I have to say, I am really happy with how they've turned out. The weight loss program helped me drop some pounds I wanted to lose, and the sleep program has made a big difference in how well I sleep. I would definitely suggest both programs to anyone wanting to improve their life.
Training at a learning center
My time at the learning center was pretty good, I'd say. The trainers really knew their stuff and were always there to help us out during training. But, I was kinda bummed that they didn't offer any classes on theoretical psychology, and it would have been nice to have some supervisors who had gone through the program themselves. It would have been so helpful to have mentors who could show us the ropes in the real world. Even with those issues, I'm thankful for all the knowledge and skills I gained at the learning center.
Life-changing mental health program
I'm really impressed by this mental health program - it's life-changing. The lessons and ideas they're sharing are so eye-opening and could really make a difference in people's lives. I can't wait to sign up for the program with my granddaughter. I think it'll not only help us, but also allow us to support others who need help. I've got experience in mental health support, so I'm excited to learn more and grow my skills through this program.
Lovability audio by Marisa Peer
I really recommend starting with Lovability, it's been a total game changer for me. Marisa Peer's audios are all great, but this one really helped me understand and embrace my own lovability. Check out some of her interviews and videos on the topic too, it really helps you grasp the concept even more. For me, it took more like 2-3 months of consistently listening to the audio every day to see some real changes. It's all about sticking with it, even if the effects aren't immediate, they'll definitely come with time.
Online courses
The online courses I've bought have seriously changed my life. One Sunday, I had a breakthrough moment after finishing up one of the courses. The content is not just eye-opening but also really easy to grasp and use in my everyday life. The emails from the instructor are super encouraging and make me feel like she's talking right to me. I really value the personal connection and support I get from these courses.
Program review
When I first heard about the program, I was curious. But the more I looked into it, the more I realized that the sales tactics were too pushy and the promises made could actually be harmful, especially for people with past trauma. It's impressive to see Marisa go from being Jane Fonda's fitness trainer to calling herself a guru, but the way the program is being marketed worries me.
5 Day Live Training
Attending the 5 Day Live Training was absolutely amazing! It was way better than I thought it would be. I didn't know what to expect at first, but every single day was so filled with new things, awesome lessons, and meeting cool people. The trainers were so helpful and the technique they taught us really worked. I left feeling so motivated and excited to make some big changes in my life.
Timely and helpful customer service
I've had such a great experience with the customer service team at this company. They always get back to me super quick whenever I have questions and they're really patient when I get confused or don't understand something. It's nice to know I can always rely on them for help when I need it.
Life changing sessions
Marisa has completely changed my life! I mean, her sessions really opened up my mind to new ways of seeing things and thinking about stuff. She's seriously a genius when it comes to understanding how people think and helping them change their lives. I just feel so thankful to her for sharing her special methods with me and helping me grow and heal. I even sent a YouTube video of her to some friends, and they're still saying thanks for introducing them to Marisa and her awesome therapy.
