Soccer jersey purchase, fast delivery
I'm really disappointed with how things went down at this store. I got a soccer jersey and paid extra for quick delivery, thinking it would be here in 3-4 days. But it's been nearly two weeks and still no jersey. I've emailed them a bunch of times and haven't heard a peep back. It's super annoying not knowing if my order has even been sent out or when it might show up. The communication from this store has been terrible, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants a dependable shopping experience.
Scam alert
Don't go to this place, they're total frauds! I placed an order and they just took my money, then told me my order was rejected. And they won't even give me a refund, can you believe that? Seriously, do not trust them!
Football shirt order for grandson
I am so upset with the terrible service I got from this company. I ordered a football shirt for my grandson's birthday, and I was really excited to see how happy he would be when he got it. But that didn't happen. I got an email saying my order was confirmed, but then later found out it was rejected with no reason why. They didn't even bother to tell me what was going on. It's just not right to treat customers like this. I won't be buying from them again after this.
item not delivered
I ordered this really awesome thing but it was out of stock, so they told me I'd get a refund. But you know what? I still haven't gotten it! They said it would be here in 3-5 days, but it's been much longer and now I'm being totally ignored when I try to contact them. It's just not cool, man.

I just bought a kids soccer kit from an online store. The website was super easy to use, with tons of different styles to pick from. The prices were way better than other stores I checked out, and they kept me in the loop about my order the whole time. The kit showed up right on time, and my kid loved it. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely shop there again.

Order cancellation, partial refund
I gotta say, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I placed an order, only to have it rejected without any heads up about the stuff being out of stock. And to make matters worse, they only gave me a partial refund, leaving me shortchanged. I've been trying to reach out to customer service by phone, but it seems like the line is dead. It's worth mentioning that other folks have had a similar bad time with a site called UK Soccer Shop, which seems to be linked to this company.

Late delivery, poor customer service
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't received it. The lack of communication and delays in delivery make me question if this company is even legit. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I didn't get any response, which just made things worse. It's not right for a business to treat their customers this way. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't recommend using this company.
Order placed through two websites
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed my first order on their website and had some trouble with items not being available, which led to me only getting a partial refund. Wanting to give them another shot, I placed a second order on a different website, but didn't receive any confirmation or order number. I found this really awesome T-shirt on a website and it arrived right on schedule. The price was great and it showed up exactly when they said it would. I was kinda confused about when I was gonna get my personalized item, but after talking to customer service a few times, I realized it was my bad for wanting a quick turnaround during a pandemic. Once I calmed down and adjusted my expectations, the service was awesome. They replied to my emails quickly and cleared everything up.
