Football jerseys
I just got some football jerseys from this company and honestly, it was a real headache. It took forever for my order to show up, and when it finally did, some stuff was missing. I've been reaching out to Teamzo over and over, but they're taking forever to get back to me. It's been well over two months since I placed my order and I'm still missing some of the stuff I paid for. Their customer service is basically non-existent - no one ever answers the phone when I call, and my emails seem to be going into a black hole. I'd recommend being super careful if you're thinking about ordering from these guys.
Neuer tshirt and jersey
I thought I was being clever by ordering a Neuer tshirt and jersey for my daughter from this website, but man was I mistaken. Instead of getting what I wanted, I ended up receiving a plain black tshirt with his name and number on the back. I contacted customer service and sent photos like they asked, but then they wanted pictures of the tags which weren't there because the shirt came in a basic mailbag. After that, I heard nothing back. And to make matters worse, my back ordered jersey is still missing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
Customized football t-shirt order
I ordered a custom football t-shirt with my name on it a few weeks ago. It's been over three weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything about it. I've tried contacting customer service several times but haven't gotten any responses. Also, my money hasn't been refunded yet. I'm feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole shopping experience at this store. This whole thing has been really bad, and I won't be shopping here again.
Customized jersey with Ukraine president's name
The Ukraine president's custom jersey was really nice. The material held up well and the color didn't fade after a couple of washes. I was surprised at how cheap it was for a custom jersey, so I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Purchased two printed kits for my 3-year-old
I bought two kits for my 3-year-old son, wanting to get the right size for him. But I was really let down when I found out their return policy is super weird. They don't take back anything that's printed on. And guess what? All their stuff is printed! So basically, I couldn't return either kit. It seems like a rip-off to me, and I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.
Express shipping purchase
I recently chose the express shipping for my order, but I ended up feeling pretty let down by the whole thing. I thought that by paying extra for express shipping, I would get my order in just two days, but it didn't even ship until three days later. When I asked the customer service about the delay, they kind of brushed me off and said it was because of an extra printing time that I supposedly missed in the information on the website. Even after considering the printing time, my order took four days from when it finally shipped to get to me. I felt really deceived and tricked by the whole express shipping situation.
3 shirts ordered
I ordered three shirts from this store, but I only received two in the mail. They told me the third one was on backorder, but when I decided to cancel it, the refund never appeared on my credit card. It feels like a total scam! Definitely not cool.
Got my super cool soccer jersey!
I recently bought this really cool soccer jersey and I'm super excited about it! It fits me perfectly and was definitely worth the purchase. Teamzo has a lot of awesome items to pick from, but I do believe they should consider lowering the prices on some of their older jerseys.
Inter Milan Away Football Shirt for Granddaughter
I just got my granddaughter an Inter Milan Away Football Shirt from this website and man, was I let down. It came fast, which was nice, but it was missing the logo on the front that was in the picture on the site and on my invoice. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but no one picked up and their mailbox was full. So I ended up emailing them about the mix-up, mentioning that this could be a problem with trading standards. It's a shame, because other than that, the service would have been great.
