cool stuff
I got some awesome stuff from this place, but they charged me twice! I've been emailing them non-stop, but still no response. I'm super frustrated and let down. I doubt I'll shop here again.

cancellation process
Man, canceling with this company is a total nightmare! I was trying to quit before my next payment, but their whole process is a convoluted mess that feels like they want you to just give up and keep paying. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they're saying I never even tried to cancel. I just wanted to take a break for a bit, but now I'm never coming back.
