Unauthorized recurring charges
I've been dealing with unauthorized recurring charges on my bank card for more than a year now. I've asked the company multiple times to stop these payments and reimburse me for the fraudulent charges, but they keep ignoring me. It's really frustrating and upsetting to see another payment come out without my permission, and their lack of response just makes things worse. The customer service I've received has been terrible, and I still don't see any solution in sight.
Streaming service app
The streaming service app is a total mess. I keep getting error codes and timeouts, so I can't watch my favorite shows without interruptions. And on top of that, when I finish watching an episode and close the app, it doesn't remember where I left off, so I'm always lost trying to figure out which episode I'm on. The slow loading just makes it even more annoying to use. This app is seriously the worst one I've ever tried, especially since I'm paying a monthly fee for such lousy service.
Subscription service experience
I want to share about this one subscription service that really got me feeling frustrated and tricked recently. So, I decided to cancel my subscription but then I found out they kept charging me for months without me even knowing. When I tried to talk to them about it and ask for my money back, they were not willing to budge at all. It really sucked to see them not taking any responsibility or trying to make things right, especially since I thought I could rely on them.

Even though I've had some good interactions with the customer service team, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about how the web player and app are working. Scammed out of money
Those guys are such crooks and scammers! They said I signed up on their website, but I actually signed up through the App Store and canceled the same way. It's so frustrating!

Man, canceling with this company is a total nightmare! I was trying to quit before my next payment, but their whole process is a convoluted mess that feels like they want you to just give up and keep paying. UX needs improvement, too many ads, misleading free trial
The app is a total nightmare to figure out, with ads thrown in that totally mess with the whole user experience. And don't even get me started on the so-called free trial - it's super misleading. If you forget to cancel in time, they'll hit you with a charge for the whole year. And to top it off, their customer service is a complete joke. It's all robotic and not even helpful. My advice? Stay far away from this mess.
Boring
I thought this app would have all the cool shows my mom watches, but turns out it only has the ones we already watched. I tried to find new ones, but they weren't there. What a waste of time!
Subscription fee issue
I had a pretty crappy situation with this streaming service I signed up for a year and a half ago. Even after I canceled my subscription, I found out I was still getting charged. When I tried to get a refund, the customer service was just terrible. And to make matters worse, they took another payment from my account this week. TV purchase
I bought a TV from this company, but my son ended up chucking a toy at the screen and cracked it by accident. So, I called customer service and got hit with a surprise - they refused to replace it since I didn't have accidental coverage. I never even knew that was a thing!
