Quick and easy purchase
My experience with the website went pretty well overall. But, there was this frustrating thing where I kept having to say no to this auto-add "protection" feature while I was trying to buy something. It was a pain to have to go back and take it off every time just to make sure I wasn't getting charged for something extra that I didn't even want. Even with that annoyance, I was still able to finish my purchase without any other issues.
ACH transaction issue
I had a problem processing my order as an ACH transaction. It was odd that this vendor couldn't do it when others can. It was a hassle because I like using ACH for security. I hope we can fix this in the future for a better customer experience.
Quick check order
I ordered some checks recently and man, the website was so complicated for no reason. It took way too long to place my order with all the extra steps involved. And don't even get me started on the prices for the checks, they were way too expensive compared to other places. I was hoping for an easier process and more reasonable prices, but nah, that's not what I got.
Payment method issue
I can't believe this place doesn't take all major credit cards. Seriously, who does that in this day and age? It's 2022, not 1922! I want convenience and flexibility when I pay, not excuses. I shouldn't have to go through all these hoops just to buy something. Come on, Deluxe, get with the program and start taking all types of payment like a legit business.
Online shopping experience
I just had the worst time trying to shop online. I started on Safari and got pretty far with my order, but then it just wouldn't let me finish, so I had to switch over to Chrome. And then, I had to type in all my credit card and shipping info all over again. Twice! Can you believe it? What a pain. It definitely could have been avoided.

I don't have time to waste! I can easily pop in and out of this place in just a few minutes with my checks all set to go. I don't have to deal with waiting a long time or dealing with complicated stuff, just fast and efficient service. It makes a huge difference for my packed schedule.
Custom return billing envelope purchase
The website was so easy to use when I was customizing my return billing envelope. I really liked the free clip art options because they made my envelope look extra special. And the discount they gave me on the product was really nice, especially since other custom envelopes can be so expensive.

Check mailing without tracking
I'm really upset with the company's mailing service. They sent my checks without a tracking number, so if they get lost, it could be a big problem. I've been waiting for my checks to come, but they still haven't arrived. It's worrisome that they used the cheapest and least reliable way to send such an important item. It's not cool that they didn't take better care to make sure my financial info stays safe.
Background checks
I'm really disappointed with the prices at this place as a customer. Background checks are way too expensive compared to other businesses that do the same thing for way less. On top of that, the shipping costs are really high which just makes it worse. I suggest looking into other places before buying anything here.
