Over-ear headphones purchase
I just got myself some new over-ear headphones after doing a ton of research and trying out different ones. I ended up choosing a pair that has amazing sound quality, lasts a long time on one charge, blocks out noise well, is super comfy, and came in some fancy packaging. They arrived in a really nice box, making the whole thing feel extra special. The only thing I'd change is maybe include a longer charging cord because the one they gave is too short. But overall, I'm really happy with my buy and liked them so much, I got another pair for my wife too.

Extensive use for SEND tuition
I've been using this program a lot at home, during private tutoring sessions, and with SEND kids at school. And let me tell you, the results I've seen have been really impressive. A Men's bathrobe
I think the robe is lovely, however it is way too large for my husband and I have been trying to do an exchange for more than a week. The website will not let me and I have emailed 3 times to no avail. There is a 30 day return policy and I gave it to him for Christmas ( so almost 3 weeks had gone by already, and now I am pas the return date.....So i guess I am stuck with a very large men's robe. If there products are lovely, why would they neglect good customer service I ask?

I never got to jse the SolaWave Wand. The charger would not plug into the wand. I have it packaged up to send back today. i tried to contact the company via their email, but got no responsed.

Received the device yesterday - it won't hold a charge so I'm very disappointed. Have reached out to them via website but seeing all these reports here that they don't respond and that others also had this problem is upsetting. Will return for a full refund and not purchase another since the device doesn't seem reliable.
@Pamela I actually submerged my wand in water (totally my fault) and reached out because I can’t afford another one. They responded IMMEDIATELY and offered a free replacement. It was so kind of them. I don’t understand how these other commenters are having such a different experience than me.

Arrived crumpled and creased. Foil logo looked cheap and like it would peel off after one wash. Looked nothing like the photos - which showed a waisted maxi dress. I am standard 5’4” and the ‘waist’ sat under the bust - empire line style, and the length was a midi - not a maxi. Shape was odd and very unflattering. Tried to return for a refund as it was not as described but they refused to pay return postage as ‘no other customers had complained’. Cheap looking dress worth max £15 rather than the £64 (reduced from £100!) being charged My first and last order with them.

Vida Face Masks
This is a good mask. Good fit on mom and teens. Cotton and wire washed well. Wire keeps it on right. I really don't have to touch it or adjust it after it's on. Ear part is comfy. It sits well on the face. You can breath with it on. Cotton is exactly the right fabric for softness and stiffness, and it covers over nose and chin well. Very happy with this mask. I asked them to make a version of this mask for people with really big faces and really big beards bc those guys need help. Pretty much everyone else should like this mask.
