Sweaty Betty leggings
I bought these leggings from this store recently, but they were a bit too big for me. The customer service I got there, though, was amazing. My order came quickly, and I was really surprised at how easy it was to exchange them. Jasmin, the rep who helped me, was super nice and made the whole process a breeze. I picked out the right size for my new leggings, and they even gave me a free label to send back the big ones. Now that I have the right size, I'm so happy with my leggings - I love them! I'll definitely come back here when I need more sports stuff. They've got all the best brands in one place, which makes shopping there really convenient. I'd rate my experience a 10 out of 10 for sure.
Girlfriend Collective skirt
I was kinda unsure about buying stuff from this site because of some negative reviews on Trustpilot, but I'm really happy I decided to go for it. The brands they have are awesome, especially Girlfriend Collective, my absolute fave. I snagged a skirt from them for half price, which was such a deal. And to top it off, I got a £10 discount on my next order, which I used to get another skirt from Girlfriend Collective. The return process was super easy, I could either get a refund or a gift card with a little extra cash. Sending stuff back with Royal Mail was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had a really good experience, and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Quality sports clothing
I bought some sports clothes from this company and I was really impressed. They've got a lot of different options on their website and the quality is top-notch. Even though they might not be as big as some other companies, I didn't really mind waiting a little longer for my stuff to get here because I liked the personal service they gave me. I chatted with Jasmine over email and she was super helpful and quick to respond. Exchanging an item was easy, and I'll definitely be shopping here again. If you're in the market for some good sports gear, I'd definitely suggest checking them out.
Late delivery, helpful customer service
I gotta be honest, I was kinda hesitant at first 'cause I saw some bad reviews about the delivery process, but I thought I'd just try it out. So when my order didn't come when it was supposed to, I started freaking out a bit. But when I talked to customer service, they told me there was a problem with the delivery company's tracking. Jasmine was awesome and she helped me out, and I got my order soon after. Even though there was a bump in the road, I was overall happy with how things turned out. I'd be willing to shop here again for sure.
Shoes lost, issue resolved
I ordered some shoes from this store but Royal Mail ended up losing them. I tried reaching out to them but it took them forever to get back to me. Big thanks to Jasmine for finally sorting everything out. I got a replacement quickly. I might consider picking them up myself next time though.
Sports clothes, coat, refund
I'm really digging this company! I snagged some adorable sports gear, but one of the jackets was too tight. No biggie though, I returned it and got a refund in a jiffy. They've got a killer variety of brands and their customer service is on point. I'm already looking forward to my next order!
Cool shoes
I was a little hesitant about buying these shoes because I saw some pretty weird reviews, but I just thought, why not? So, I decided to go ahead and get them. I finally found them here and they arrived really fast! But then I noticed they were leaking, even though they were supposed to be waterproof. I reached out to the store and this amazing girl Jasmine totally came through for me! She's gonna send me a new pair and make sure the shoe issue is fixed. Jasmine, you're awesome!!
