Next day delivery order
I bought something online and paid extra for next day delivery. But then, I didn't get any tracking info and the package never showed up. It was really bad because I needed it for an event that already happened. I tried reaching out for a refund but didn't hear back from them through email or phone.
Variety of activewear
I really like shopping at The Sports Edit because they have a great selection of activewear that fits my fitness needs. However, my last order was kind of a mess due to bad communication and slow shipping. Even though I ordered in time for next day delivery, I never got any tracking info and it was frustrating. When I tried contacting customer service, I didn't get anywhere at first, which was a bummer. <br><br>But after a few tries, I finally talked to Jasmine who was able to fix things by giving me a refund on my delivery charge. Even though my package was sent out late, I eventually got the notification and tracking info.
Super awesome leggings
These leggings are awesome! They make me feel like a pro athlete when I wear them. The material is really comfortable and stretchy, great for running around and doing cartwheels in. The design is super cool too, it's like having a rainbow on my legs! And the customer service was amazing - they helped me pick the right size and even gave me tips on how to style them. Next day delivery order with missing trainers
I'm really bummed about my recent order for next day delivery. It was a total letdown. I didn't even get a confirmation email, and there was no tracking info either. To top it off, the package showed up a day late and was missing the trainers I was so excited about. I tried calling customer service for two days in a row, but nobody picked up or called me back. Now I'm stuck not knowing how to send the stuff back without some help and clear directions.

I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago, but had to send a few things back. When I tried to return them, they just got sent right back to me. Now I can't get a refund because I missed the return deadline. I've been trying to get in touch by email and phone, but so far, no response. It's really frustrating to be left hanging like this. I ordered some shoes from this store but Royal Mail ended up losing them. I tried reaching out to them but it took them forever to get back to me. Big thanks to Jasmine for finally sorting everything out. I got a replacement quickly. I might consider picking them up myself next time though.

I was trying to buy some new sneakers, you know? But after placing my order, I didn't receive any confirmation and had trouble logging in to set up an account. It was a total freak-out moment! Luckily, I called the store and the person I spoke with was really helpful and understanding. They told me there were some shipping problems delaying my order. Trainers
I bought a pair of sneakers for a last-minute Bank Holiday gathering and paid extra for next day delivery. I was really looking forward to getting my new shoes on Thursday, but when Tuesday came around, my package was nowhere to be found. I tried contacting customer service through email and left two voicemails, but got no response. I even asked for a refund and cancellation, but heard nothing back. The lack of communication and poor customer service is just not acceptable. I wish I had chosen a more reliable store like Office or Schuh. The 10% discount code I used to tempt me into shopping with you wasn't worth all the trouble and letdown. I won't ever be shopping with you again. It's disappointing that a company connected with M&S would provide such bad service.

This company has amazing customer service. I had a question about my order and their email support team was really helpful and got back to me quickly. The clothes I bought were high quality and exactly what I wanted. Plus, the delivery was really fast too. I definitely suggest shopping here.

I was kinda unsure about buying stuff from this site because of some negative reviews on Trustpilot, but I'm really happy I decided to go for it. The brands they have are awesome, especially Girlfriend Collective, my absolute fave. I snagged a skirt from them for half price, which was such a deal. And to top it off, I got a £10 discount on my next order, which I used to get another skirt from Girlfriend Collective. The return process was super easy, I could either get a refund or a gift card with a little extra cash. Sending stuff back with Royal Mail was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had a really good experience, and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

I gotta be honest, I was kinda hesitant at first 'cause I saw some bad reviews about the delivery process, but I thought I'd just try it out. I ordered a gift card more than 2 weeks ago and was promised it would get here in 3-5 business days. I've reached out several times asking what happened, but keep getting different excuses and still no gift card. The customer service has been terrible, they don't communicate well, and their behavior is unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Return process debacle
I just had the worst experience trying to return something I bought. I sent it back and expected to get my money back, but I never did. I tried emailing them multiple times, but got no reply. I was so upset and annoyed by the lack of communication and how long it took to get my refund. I definitely won't be shopping there again and I'd tell everyone else to stay away too. Don't even bother with that place!
