The customer service was amazing when my first order got lost in the mail. They were so quick and friendly, and they helped me get a new Tshirt that came in perfect condition. Recent international flight
I gotta say, my recent international flight was pretty disappointing. The boarding was just okay, but the ground staff wasn't very helpful. And don't even get me started on the food on the plane - it was boring and they kept serving the same thing. The flight attendants weren't all that friendly or quick with their service either. But the worst part was one of the bathrooms wasn't working right from the start, even though we told them about it when we got on. It stank up the whole place and made the whole flight not so great. Plus, the entertainment system was a mess - it hardly worked and wouldn't respond when I tried to use the buttons.

The stuff I got was really good quality and exactly what I wanted. I did have a little hiccup at first when I got the wrong thing in my shipment, but the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed it right away by sending me the right item quickly. I'm really happy with the products and the service I got from this company.

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds
I recently bought some earbuds that were supposed to have amazing sound quality, great noise-canceling, and a sleek design. But man, I've been pretty let down by them. Even though I updated them to the newest software, they've been causing me a lot of headaches. When they actually work right, the sound quality is awesome and the noise-canceling really delivers. But the constant connection problems just ruin it all. Every 1-3 minutes, they'll randomly disconnect from my phone, making me put them back in the case and try to reconnect. And when they disconnect, there's this loud "pop" in the left earbud that's just jolting. Plus, the right earbud has issues with the microphone. The quiet mode and aware mode keep glitching out, so I have to keep putting them back in the case to reset them. These problems make using these earbuds so frustrating, and I can't honestly tell anyone to buy them.

Fast delivery, great customer service
I recently bought something and I gotta say, I was so impressed by how fast it got delivered and the awesome customer service I got. I saw some bad reviews after I ordered, and it got me kinda worried. But when I reached out to the customer service folks, they told me everything was on track. And lo and behold, my package showed up just 5 days later. The stuff I got was top-notch, and I'm super happy with my purchase. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again. People always like to leave bad reviews, but my experience was totally positive. Big thanks to the team for taking such good care of me!

I got some meds for my dog from this website but they sent me generic ones and never even sent my second order. I reached out to customer service for help but they were no use. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. This whole situation is not cool, man.

Poor product visibility
I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the lack of transparency on this website. The photos are such bad quality that I can't even think about buying anything. How am I supposed to know what I'm getting if all I can see are these blurry, pixelated images? And forget about zooming in for a closer look - you still can't see anything. I'm the type of person who needs to touch and see a product in person before I purchase it, so this is a major issue for me. It's like, come on - for a company this big and well-known, they should have high-quality photos on their website. But nope, not here. And to make matters worse, they're missing important product details in the descriptions. Like, seriously, how hard is it to include info about the inside of a coat or where the products are made? It's a total mess. So unfortunately, they won't be getting my business.

They claimed my address was incomplete, back and forthwith emails . The phone # on their site does not work( red flag). Then wanted me to pay extra shipping charges to re-deliver,
What ever their response don't fall victim to this scam.Same man, I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after ordering it because I was unable to use the discount code and it is currently 13 days later and I’m still trying to get my money back. I tried cancelling multiple times and they are making me pay a “restock fee” of 20% even though the items haven’t even been shipped out. Total scam!!!
I ordered a watch and a ring and they never turned up it said delivered but was not I’m not happy I’ll never order from there again
