Bluetooth remote pair issue
I recently bought a couple of tech items, and unfortunately, two of them had a problem with the Bluetooth remotes not pairing correctly. I sent an email to the company, and at first, I thought they didn't respond, but it turns out their reply ended up in my spam folder. Annie from their office was super helpful and suggested a bunch of things to try and fix the pairing issue. I tried everything she recommended, but nothing worked, so I let them know. They quickly sent me replacements that worked perfectly. I was really impressed with their customer service and how they stood behind their products. This whole experience has made me confident in buying from them again in the future.

I ordered three things from AcmeJoy not too long ago. Even though one of them was sold out, the folks there really took care of me. They sent two of the items right away and worked hard to sort out a replacement for the one that was missing. Great products and customer service
The stuff I got was really good quality and exactly what I wanted. I did have a little hiccup at first when I got the wrong thing in my shipment, but the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed it right away by sending me the right item quickly. Acmejoy's customer service on Twitter is seriously amazing! So, I ordered this thing and it was actually sold out. I was really disappointed, but then I decided to hit them up on Twitter. They responded super fast and even hooked me up with a replacement item, like, really quickly! The stuff they sell is seriously worth it and they have so many awesome things for both guys and girls.

I ordered this cool new toy online, but the delivery company claimed they left it at my place, even though I never found it. I was pretty upset about it, but when I reached out to the store, they were so understanding. They offered to send me a replacement at no extra charge, just had to cover the shipping. I'll definitely keep shopping from them!

I was so happy with the customer service I got from this company. They were really quick to help me with any problems and they were so nice and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Faulty product replacement
I had a problem with something I bought from this company recently - it stopped working. The people there were really nice and helped me out, even though I couldn't show any proof that it was broken. They quickly replaced it with a new one, which made me happy and I will definitely keep buying from them in the future.
Difficult setup, eventually satisfying
It was a real nightmare trying to get this product to work right. It took me almost three weeks of trial and error before I finally figured it out. The customer service was no help at all, which just made things even more frustrating. The instructions they gave me were completely useless, so I had to figure out how to use the product on my own. It wasn't until by pure luck that I finally found the right way to use this thing. But once I got it up and running, I have to admit it does what it promises. It's just too bad that setting it up was such a headache.
Awesome toy quality!
The quality of the toy was absolutely amazing, I can't even put into words how awesome it is. I highly suggest taking a look at them and seeing all the really cool stuff they offer. The entire experience was just fantastic, I wouldn't change a single thing!

My order sat unfulfilled for several days so I emailed them to just see if there was a problem and gave them over a day to respond since they claim they usually respond within 24 hours.
Heard nothing so sent another email and again nothing , I've now sent a final email a week after purchasing with no movement on their end. I'm giving it another week for the package to at least get a shipping label otherwise I'm starting a charge back.
Something has changed with them and I find any positive reviews to be very suspect at this point given my experience. Better off buying these things somewhere else.Thrusting vibrator for the wife

Do not buy from this company. They lie about delivery time. Customer service is only through email. The product comes from China. They don't provide any information regarding status of the order unless you email them. They then tell you it is going to be approximately a month or longer before you get your product.
