Product replacement
After I bought it, my product started acting up. So I shot an email over to customer service, and they got back to me really fast, which was nice. We went back and forth with a couple of emails for verification, but then they sent me a brand new product right away. I was super happy with the customer service from the company.
Product not received
I ordered something over two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I've emailed them a bunch of times but haven't heard back. They don't even have a phone number on their website for customer service. Because of this lack of communication, I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. I really don't recommend buying from this site.
Referral from a friend

An order that got returned due to an address issue
Yeah, so I ordered something and it ended up getting sent back because there was an address mix-up. Now I'm just waiting for it to get sent again, and once it arrives, I'll probably order some more stuff!
Three products with one out of stock
I ordered three things from AcmeJoy not too long ago. Even though one of them was sold out, the folks there really took care of me. They sent two of the items right away and worked hard to sort out a replacement for the one that was missing. Plus, the discounts they had on the products were really good, which made my shopping experience even better. I gotta say, I definitely recommend their stuff and give them props for their top-notch customer service.
Great products and customer service
The stuff I got was really good quality and exactly what I wanted. I did have a little hiccup at first when I got the wrong thing in my shipment, but the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed it right away by sending me the right item quickly. Replacement Item, Excellent Customer Service
Acmejoy's customer service on Twitter is seriously amazing! So, I ordered this thing and it was actually sold out. I was really disappointed, but then I decided to hit them up on Twitter. They responded super fast and even hooked me up with a replacement item, like, really quickly! The stuff they sell is seriously worth it and they have so many awesome things for both guys and girls.

Got a replacement package
I ordered something really awesome online, but it never showed up at my door which was a bummer. However, when I reached out to the company, they reassured me by saying, "No problem, we'll send you a replacement!" And you know what? They actually followed through! I was really impressed with how smoothly they handled everything. It feels good to know there are trustworthy companies out there.

Durable gym products purchase
I really liked using that website to shop for gym stuff. They had all the info I needed on each product, which was super helpful. Difficult setup, eventually satisfying
It was a real nightmare trying to get this product to work right. It took me almost three weeks of trial and error before I finally figured it out. The customer service was no help at all, which just made things even more frustrating. The instructions they gave me were completely useless, so I had to figure out how to use the product on my own. It wasn't until by pure luck that I finally found the right way to use this thing. But once I got it up and running, I have to admit it does what it promises. It's just too bad that setting it up was such a headache.
Bluetooth earbuds
At first, I had some difficulty setting up and using my Bluetooth earbuds. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly and seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. Upon troubleshooting, I realized the issue was with my end, not the product itself. After sorting everything out, I discovered that the sound quality of the earbuds was really good, and they were comfortable to wear for long periods of time. In general, I would suggest these earbuds to others.
New toy, never got it
I ordered this cool new toy online, but the delivery company claimed they left it at my place, even though I never found it. I was pretty upset about it, but when I reached out to the store, they were so understanding. They offered to send me a replacement at no extra charge, just had to cover the shipping. I'll definitely keep shopping from them!
