Unacceptable return policy
I was really let down by my time at this company. I bought some things that weren't as described, and when I wanted to send them back, they said no. Their return policy says they accept returns for items that don't match the description. But they didn't follow their own policy. Instead of letting me return the items, they gave me vouchers for discounts on future purchases. That's not what I wanted or agreed to when I bought the items.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money with this company. The products they sell are poorly made and not really worth the cost. Plus, their customer service is just awful and hardly ever responds. I honestly regret buying anything from them.

So, I ordered this really awesome necklace that was supposed to have my name engraved on it, right? But get this, when I got it in the mail, they spelled my name wrong! Can you believe that? And then, when I tried to get my money back, they only wanted to give me a tiny portion of it. Like, seriously? That's not cool at all.
