Sweaty Betty leggings
I bought these leggings from this store recently, but they were a bit too big for me. The customer service I got there, though, was amazing. My order came quickly, and I was really surprised at how easy it was to exchange them. Jasmin, the rep who helped me, was super nice and made the whole process a breeze. I picked out the right size for my new leggings, and they even gave me a free label to send back the big ones. Now that I have the right size, I'm so happy with my leggings - I love them! I'll definitely come back here when I need more sports stuff. They've got all the best brands in one place, which makes shopping there really convenient. I'd rate my experience a 10 out of 10 for sure.

I'm really frustrated with the customer service I've been getting. I returned an order that was received on May 2nd, but I still haven't received my refund. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times, but they haven't resolved the issue. It's so annoying and not acceptable. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.
Leggings and sports bra
I was kinda unsure about ordering from this site because of some bad reviews, but I ended up giving it a shot and I'm really glad I did. I bought a pair of leggings and a sports bra, and I'm really happy with what I got. Everything went really smoothly - got a confirmation email right after ordering and then another one the next day with a tracking number. My order came in just two days, way faster than I thought. The quality of the stuff is great, so I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
New trainers, no delivery
I didn't check reviews before ordering from this place, and I totally regret it now. I bought a pair of trainers and paid more for next day delivery. But getting any info about my order has been a total nightmare. I've emailed and even left a voicemail, but no one's gotten back to me. On top of that, my order status on the website says unfulfilled, even though they already took my money. I needed those trainers for my upcoming vacation, and now I'm stuck. Just give me a refund already and save me the trouble.

I recently got these yoga pants from this place, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. I ordered them a week ago, and they still haven't even shipped. I tried calling their customer service line, but it just went to voicemail. Left a message, but no one ever got back to me. I even tried emailing and hitting them up on social media, but it's like they've vanished. I'm starting to think I got scammed. Luckily, I paid with PayPal, so I can dispute the charge. Stay away from ordering from this place, seriously.
Sports clothes, coat, refund
I'm really digging this company! I snagged some adorable sports gear, but one of the jackets was too tight. No biggie though, I returned it and got a refund in a jiffy. They've got a killer variety of brands and their customer service is on point. I'm already looking forward to my next order!
