Sunglasses purchase
I've been back to Fashion Eyewear a few times now and I gotta say - they really know what they're doing. The selection of designer brands and styles is seriously impressive, I always find exactly what I want. And you know the products are the real deal - as soon as you open the package you can tell the quality is top-notch. Plus, all the little extras like the case, box, and cleaning cloth are super nice. They don't mess around with slow shipping either, my sunglasses always arrive quick. And their loyalty program is a sweet deal, helps me save some cash on my next purchase. The prices are killer too, I haven't found better anywhere else. Fashion Eyewear is definitely my go-to for all things eyewear, can't recommend them enough.

Resistance bands
I recently bought some resistance bands from this company and honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Ordering them was easy enough, but that's about the only good thing I can say. Unfortunately, the products never showed up after waiting for weeks. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck. The one time I did get a response, it seemed automated and didn't help at all. After months of waiting and feeling frustrated, I had to go to my bank to get a chargeback and hopefully get my money back. Undersun Fitness waited until the last minute to dispute the chargeback, dragging things out even more. Dealing with this company has been a headache and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Wow, these juices are seriously amazing! The flavors are so vibrant and unique, and it's awesome knowing they're packed with probiotics and nutrients. Not only do they taste fantastic, but they make me feel so good after I drink them. And having them delivered to my door is so convenient. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Cute top
I bought this really cute top that looked so good in the picture online, but when I got it, it was totally different! I was really disappointed that it didn't look anything like the photo. I've tried to contact the company, but I haven't heard anything back yet. All I want is my money back and to send back this top that I didn't even want in the first place! I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them because it seems like a total rip-off. Luckily, the top wasn't too expensive, but I feel sorry for anyone who fell for their trick!

I bought some sports clothes from this company and I was really impressed. They've got a lot of different options on their website and the quality is top-notch. Even though they might not be as big as some other companies, I didn't really mind waiting a little longer for my stuff to get here because I liked the personal service they gave me. I chatted with Jasmine over email and she was super helpful and quick to respond. Exchanging an item was easy, and I'll definitely be shopping here again. Quick problem resolution
I had a problem with my website the other day and I decided to contact customer service for some help. The service was really good and the team was super professional and knew their stuff, but man, they took forever to get back to me - like 7 whole hours! It felt like an eternity, you know? But on the bright side, once they finally did reply, they fixed my issue in just 20 minutes. So, I gotta give them credit for being experts and fast workers, but I really hope they can step up their game in responding to customers quicker.

Prescription sunglasses, delay on frames
The prescription sunglasses I ordered were awesome, with perfect lenses! However, there was a delay on the frames, which was a bummer. The email updates and other options they provided were really helpful. The customer service folks were really nice and double-checked my prescription before making my glasses. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my purchase!

Poor quality braces. Sell for 1/3 cost on ebay, not even worth that. They own warehouses in US, but returns have to go to Hong Kong, and they do not honor their "We will do WHATEVER it takes with outstanding customer service support to assist everyone as we highly value our customer satisfaction with absolute ZERO risks. We make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied in every aspect!" Returns are costly, and a re-stock fee is also deducted. BAD BUSINESS!
