Support ticket delays
The support ticket might take around 9 hours to get a response, but sometimes it can even be a whole day. Also, if you have a domain connected to hosting on another account, you can't just switch where the domain is pointing without some help. The person from support advised me to buy new hosting and then they could connect it for me. But, after I got the hosting, a different person said it couldn't be done. To be honest, getting a refund was not a problem at all. It took about 7 days, but I don't think that was their fault.
