    Car Rental Experience

    I've been a customer of this car rental company for a long time, but my last rental was a total letdown. I dropped off the car where I was supposed to, only to find out it was stolen. Now I'm being hit with a bill for $1900 in damages. That just doesn't seem right to me. I did everything by the book and now I'm being blamed for something that wasn't my fault. The company should go after the people who actually stole the car, not stick me with the bill. It's not cool, especially since I've been a loyal customer.

    Finicky eater, Returning customer, Limited dog food options

    I'm a customer with a picky eater pup, and I've come to find that Ollie is a pretty solid choice for my furry friend's meals. My dog, Elsie, seems to like the food from Ollie every now and then. But, interestingly enough, she's not too crazy about the beef or lamb flavors. So, I'm gonna stick to getting the chicken and turkey ones from now on. It would be awesome if there were fewer options to choose from though, you know, to make things a bit simpler.

    I paid extra for express shipping on something from this store, but it showed up late. And to top it off, when I sent it back, they hit me with a crazy $58.07 fee. It's so annoying to fork over more money for express shipping just for it to be late and then get charged for returning it. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again. SMH.

    Wasted money on a fake movie ticket

    I can't believe they sold me a ticket for a movie that wasn't even playing! Who does that? I wasted my time and gas going to the theater only to find out the movie wasn't even showing. And then they wouldn't even give me back the "convenience" fee. Not cool, man.

    Nonstick pan disappointment

    Don't bother wasting your money on this pan. After using it for only a month, the nonstick surface stopped working completely. Had to start using a ton of oil just to keep food from sticking, basically turning it into a regular stainless steel pan. It was a total letdown and not worth the money.

    White locis purchase

    I bought a pair of white locis from your store not too long ago and unfortunately, the package arrived in pretty bad shape. It was all broken and looked like someone tried to fix it with tape. To make matters worse, my locis had some big black dirt spots on them. Despite that, I have to say that the customer service I got after I complained was top-notch. I got a quick response from Alex in just a few hours and they offered me a few different ways to make things right. They didn't have the same pair in stock anymore, but Alex went out of their way to show me other choices, even offering a more expensive pair in the same color. What really stuck with me was that I didn't have to send back the dirty pair - Alex gave me tips on how to clean them up. The whole time, the communication was super friendly and fast, which made the whole situation way better than I expected.

    Arrived early. According to the physical Device Checklist in the box, CECT-SHOP validated SIM functionality with a test call, nearly all hardware and sensor functions, like battery charging, mic, head phone jack, etc. For this phone, the extra step in quality assurance is quite assuring. I still checked the functions and was able to set up my own SIM the following morning at T-Mobile. Would recommend this retailer and their quality by my first experience.

    I Like the rare filter in an attractive mask. But One arrived with broken earloop adjuster. Returns on website failed to upload my defect pic, but email to CSR worked fine. Prompt CSR response and replacement mask was much appreciated. After wash, Slightly smaller fit on my longer face shape, but ironing mask helped enough. Will buy again and recommend to others.

    I’ve gotten masks from many different sources because I was looking for masks that fit well and are comfortable. These masks are exactly what I was looking for. The adjustable ear straps, the wire nose strip, and the shape and size of the mask make it well fitting and comfortable enough to wear for an extended period of time, without steaming up glasses. The only downside to these masks is that it took a few weeks to get them. But they were worth the wait. My Vida masks are on top of all the others in my mask drawer.

    I love VIDA masks. My favorite is the yellow-green. It's comfortable, adjustable, cool, cotton, easy to breathe and doesn't fog up my glasses. I have so many different kinds of masks and this one is the best yet@!

    I ordered my masks at the end of April as the pandemic was accelerating across the U.S. There were delays in shipping, but given the situation, I wasn't concerned about it. My research convinced me that Vida delivered a well made product, as evidenced by the reviews, and was worth waiting for.

    The delays stretched for quite a while. Many companies who got their product from various markets in China and Asia were reporting the same problems (getting product through customs, etc.). There was a delay in information coming from Vida, so I wasn't sure what the status was on my order.

    Much to my surprise, I was informed that they were refunding my shipping fees (and I'm sure many customers received the same notice). Vida was still trying to get in product and get it organized for shipment. I reached out and they were able to get my order set up and shipped, and then followed up to make sure things were on track.

    That focus on the customer, in the face of challenges in availability, shipping, and personnel that were caused by the pandemic, reinforced my original conclusion. The fact that the masks are comfortable to use, are well constructed, and had the features I was looking for (two different cloth layers, pocket for a filter, wire for custom fit around nose) didn't hurt things, either. I ordered additional masks so there would be enough for my family. The order was handled speedily!

    I appreciate a company that looks out for it's customer in the face of challenges and steps up to "make things right". I spent many years dealing with vendors, and always looked forward to working with those who supported the customer. Things didn't always go the way I thought they should, but the vendors who were really interested in the customer consistently stepped up when necessary. In my opinion, Vida has done the same.     Love my mask from vida, especially the fact that they have filters. The mask is very comfortable and easy to wear because it is adjustable.

    Protective mask 4 pack

    Excellent experience from start to finish from navigating and ordering on the site through to delivery. I reviewed several discussions on best sites to buy masks and after navigating through most of them found Vida masks best fit my needs.
    Two primary components I was seeking were the metal nose piece and adjustable straps. I was delighted to find these components as well as a mask that allows for filters.

    From the time the masks were ordered through to delivery ( a total of two weeks) communication from the company was proactive with detailed updates on the order status. Even a follow-up email with instruction on washing and wearing after the masks were delivered.

    This is unlike at least one other site from which I ordered where the order took over two months with absolutely no communication from the company proactive or reactive.

    After receiving the masks I'm doubly pleased I ordered from Vida and would definitely order from them again. The mask quality by my standards is excellent (although I haven't washed them yet), the fit is excellent (for me other masks were too large from chin to nose for my face size), the adjustable straps and nose piece ensure a fit with no gaps.

    The price was comparable to if not better than some other sites I visited where the components of the mask were not what I was seeking.

    Ordered package of masks and have heard nothing. No emails, no masks, been over 2 weeks, next step is to contact my credit card to stop payment

    I have been very satisfied with the fit of the masks. Would like the filter opening to open on both sides. Would be helpful to know at the time of ordering how long it will take for a delivery. On my first order, one mask was defective and I was supposed to get a complimentary replacement. It never arrived. I bought more purely because the fit of the three (of four) from the first order were amongst my favorite, most breathable, comfortable and well fitting masks.

    2 masks with filters

    I ordered masks from 7 different vendors and Vida is the best by a mile. The masks are large enough to securely cover the nose and mouth (which is not true for some other sellers) and the material is tightly knit yet still breathable. I had to wait a few weeks to receive them but I'm glad I ordered them.

    Four masks in two separate orders.

    I ordered two masks from Vida in April, along with masks from another company on the same day. It did take a few weeks to receive them, but I didn't think this was unreasonable considering the state of the world. I received orders from both companies on the same day, so I don't think the problem was particular to Vida.

    When I received the masks, I liked them so much, I ordered two more. They came a bit faster. I really like the material used to make the straps-- very comfortable on the ears. It's also really great to be able to adjust the straps for the best fit. I really like the colors, too.

    In between my two orders, I received an email from Vida stating that the shipping from my first order would be refunded due to the delay. As I said, the shipping delay didn't bother me, so I was pleasantly surprised by this.

    Overall, I am very happy with my masks and will undoubtedly order from Vida again.

    I like the mask. Would like to see patterns and more colors, Something prettier. Thanks

    I ordered 8 masks 4/24/20 (#216118) and received them a few days ago. The order was not correct. Instead of 2 pairs of rose and grey masks, I received 2 pairs of navy and red masks. I really wanted the rose and grey colors. The 2 pairs of black and sage green were correct. I have taken a leap of faith and ordered 8 more masks (#324532). This order includes 2 pairs of rose and grey masks and 2 pairs of black and sage green. I sure hope the order is filled correctly this time. I do like the masks. They are very comfortable and it is easy to breathe with the filter. Thank you.

    worst mask. It took forever to get this crap. It took 6 weeks for them to send this mask. I put to wash as soon as I received it. It completely shrunk to half its size. It doesn't even fit small kids. Please don't buy this crap. I will contact Better Business Burea and file a complaint. I can't believe CDC recommends this mask. I will be contacting them too.     Protective Mask 4-pack

    I was so excited for this purchase. I heard online that this American company was pivoting to meet the high demand for masks during CV19 so I ordered on April 24. It is May 27th today and nothing has gone right. I received an email confirming my order on April 24 saying my order will arrive 15-20 days after it was received. That was a bummer, but to be expected. On May 5th I received an email saying the masks were stuck in CHINA??? So much for supporting an American company (my bad for not doing any due diligence).
    I was promised a return of shipping costs within 1-3 weeks and that has not occurred. At the time the delivery estimate was May 22.
    On May 22 I received an email that my order was being shipped??? huh? and today May 27 I checked the tracking number and the order is still in pre-shipment??? huh? huh?
    Looks like they are totally overwhelmed and not able to meet any standard of service or delivery.
    I have sent 3 emails so fare and a tweet and radio silence...
    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ORDER MASKS FROM THIS COMPANY ANYTIME SOON.

    I agree with these reviews. Don't order from here if you want good customer service or fast delivery. I too felt scammed. I thought this was a legitimate company that wanted to help people get masks. But I think its a veiled Chinese import business.
    I ordered on 4-29-20 on the 2nd of May I got an email that my mask was in production and would ship shortly and on the 6th they said my mask was being held at customs in China.
    I was able to find other masks and asked for a refund a few days ago. The day after my request, i got an email saying my masks have been shipped.
    As far as I can tell, they printed a label. No shipment, just a note from the shipping agent saying a
    label has been created. But my label can't make it out of their shop.
    No masks, no refund, just B.S.

    I ordered two 4-packs of masks and 2 packs of filters (supposed to be 5 each). I received only one 4-pack of masks and only 9, instead of 10 filter packs. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at the company as I tried several times to email them about another issue and never received a response. There is no phone number anywhere I could find. I would like a refund of the unsent items as soon as possible but I can't get in touch with anyone. I hope, given that the company has replied to others on this page, that perhaps they will respond to me as well and address their failure to send merchandise when they didn't fail to take my money.

    4-pack face mask

    I ordered masks at the height of the pandemic in NYC, and Vida was the only company that claimed that I would get it within 2 weeks of purchase which was a hot commodity at the time. I later on got an email that they were delayed 2 more weeks, and then another, an additional 2 more weeks. I was really turned off by how long it took to arrive.

    When they finally arrived, it says to wash it before using. I cautiously washed them by hand just to be more delicate, and the tags came off, and they ended up getting some loose strings. I don't think these are good quality masks, and I'm not sure how durable they will be with continued washing.

    The masks also have an uncomfortable inner stitching in the middle, which you can tell is their way of being cost and material effective, taking scraps and conjoining them in the middle, creating that uncomfortable seam.

    They've since offered me 30% off my next purchase, but unfortunately, I will not be using it.

    It's the worst shopping experience I have ever done which is with VIDA. I didn’t receive 5 filters and one red and marlin blue Mask. I cannot believe it will even happen to anyone. I need refund on these missing items. If one item missing, that is a honest mistake. But 7 of them?? I don't trust you or cannot wait for another 2 months to get back to me because you may screw it up again. I emailed Vida and no reply. Why wouldn’t they? It’s a scam. They stole your money on purpose. 7 missing items and no phone to call?? Even Chinese companies shipped you the same quantities. Vida is worse than Chinese

    I ordered several masks from different companies. These are the poorest quality masks I purchased. They are made with very thin fabric and have an extremely small opening to insert the filter Also, they have taken the longest to ship. Additionally, their customer service is abysmal. I made four orders over the course of a week (different recipients). They all took much longer to ship than advertised, even after they finally made it through customs. The worst part is the first order I made has yet to arrive even though the other three orders eventually were received. It says they were shipped ten days ago but USPS hasn't received the package and VIDA is not responding to my emails except to say everything is fine. Over five weeks and still waiting. If you are looking for cloth masks I suggest you consider other options.

    I think it is deplorable that they were not honest from the beginning about where they get their products from. They are claiming to be based in the USA but get their products from China??? Ya'll can't partner with a USA based company??? Had I known they were shipping from China I never would have ordered. I also had to order from another company as well as make my own. This company is trash and I don't care how much press they have received. Trash! Trash! Trash!

    Very unhappy, you already have my money, stated in an email it was going to be here in 15 to 20 days. Today I received an email stating its another 45 to 50 days before delivery. I am a 55 year old woman who works with the public. I will not be ordering from your site. Bad company to order from. WOW! YOU SUCK!

    Stay away from this company. I ordererd a mask and filters. The website said "Available Now!" implying that they were in stock and ready to ship. I paid $16 to have them shipped overnight given the Covid-19 crisis. Four days later I emailed and called and was told "Oh, we don't have them in stock, they're coming from China and the shipment is delayed as I'm sure you can understand.: No, I don't understand. Your website said "Available Now!" So I wait...and wait and...you guessed it ... WAIT. Three weeks later I finally get an email announcing "Your order has shipped!" Guess what? It's not shipped overnight. Five days later it arrives. I've been calling, emailing, trying to have a "chat" on the Vida website about the fact that they owe me $16 for the money I paid to have the package overnighted. No one has the courtesy to talk to me or email me in response. Like I said -- stay away from this company. They will take your money under any pretense and then keep it. Once they have it it's impossible to get it back. Read the other reviews. Not only on this site but other sites. Read how they mistreat their artists. This is not a reputable company. Keep far, far away from these people!

After reading all the negative feedback about everyone else and there current misery I say it is about time to have everyone contact there respective Attorney General in your state and let them collectively come down on these people for screwing everyone by conning everyone into sending in money and then delaying and not responding. These masks being ordered are to save lives and so time IS OF THE ESSENCE. This isn't Halloween!!!. Do it people turn them in to your AG's and the BBB"s !!!! Gald I didn't order.

    This is a lie from Peter. You have NOT resolved the problem. My product which I ordered in April still isn't getting here until June so how have you resolved the problem???? Lies!!!

    I don't know if they're the cheapest, but to me prcing is ok

    Delivery costs are low though and the deliver fast so that's a plus

    And I'm happy I can ask for lots of advice. Beause sometimes I'm not too sure what I need (there's soooo much) but they do if you explain what you need and that's nice.
