So good and comfortable
One of the most recommending site to buy plus size clothing!! Believe me i tried lots of options but the range in clothes i got here is just amazing. These are branded and its so perfect!! there is a pretty good price range but overall i find this okay for me. The material and fabric is highly amazing and good in quliaty. I dont mind investing in something which feels so good on me.
What i actually love about this, i can shop everything from here. From good casual dress to cocktail dresses, also they have boots, shoes and lots of good buying items. So it saves time and keeps me happy tooclothes for summer
Oh my gosh, I got these really cute summer clothes and they came crazy fast! Like, I had them in my hands just 3 days after ordering. They were so stylish and they fit me like a glove. I felt like a total fashionista wearing them! Ordering was a breeze, super easy and quick, and the customer service was top-notch. I had a question about sizes and they were so friendly and helpful. The prices were great and totally worth it for the awesome quality of the clothes. I'm a fan of this store now and for sure gonna be back for more shopping!
Clothing items
As a customer, I gotta say I was pretty bummed about the clothes I got from this company. The sizes were all wrong, the fabric felt like it came from the dollar store, and just overall, the whole thing was a letdown. Returning stuff was a pain and hardly got any money back. Plus, their customer service was seriously lacking - no compensation for stuff that never even made it to my door.
Cancelation Difficulties
I had the worst time trying to cancel this order because they didn't give me a tracking number. I had to keep buggin' them for the tracking info and carrier details, but they weren't helpful at all. I even asked for a supervisor a bunch of times, but I still didn't get anywhere. When the package finally showed up, it was a pain to send it back because it was packaged so crappy. It was wrapped in flimsy plastic and had a bunch of boxes inside. The whole thing was just terrible and downright annoying.
Skirt purchase, misleading product
I ordered this skirt from the brand off of a third-party site, thinking I'd get something nice. But when it came, I was bummed to see the material was low quality and nothing like the pic online. Decided to send it back, but they said they'd take out $9.99 for using their label. So not cool!
Rewards unavailable, pushy phone reps, slow system updates
I ordered a few things, but I had some rewards I wanted to use and they wouldn't let me! Then the lady on the phone kept pushing me to buy more stuff, even though I told her I wasn't interested. And to top it off, my gift card didn't show up for almost two days. Ugh, so frustrating!
Dress purchase on sale
OMG, I tried to buy a dress on sale, but they ended up charging me full price and I couldn't even cancel the order! It's so unfair! And their customer service is totally MIA, they never get back to me. Like, do they even care about their customers?
Returned items inquiry
I returned a couple things a little while ago and I've been trying to check on my refund status since October 31st, but I haven't gotten any updates despite reaching out multiple times. It's now November 14th and I still haven't heard anything back or received my refund. It's really frustrating and disappointing that the company hasn't been responsive or accountable.
Tank dresses
I recently bought two tank dresses for an upcoming trip, both in my usual size that I’ve been wearing for years. But when they arrived, I was bummed to see that they were way too big. What’s more, the cost of shipping them was crazy high, making the total bill $59.08. When I tried to send them back, they slapped me with a $10.99 return fee and I’m only getting $31.00 back - just a little over half of what I paid. It feels like a total rip-off, and I can’t shake the feeling they purposely make their sizes off to profit from returns. I once ordered a pair of pants that were made of super cheap fabric, and I wish I had learned my lesson then. All in all, I’m not happy with this whole situation and won’t be shopping from them or their partners again.
Missing order
I never got my order and had to email them a bunch of times just to find out what was going on. It's really annoying and kind of a letdown that my stuff didn't show up when it was supposed to. Now I'm stuck having to ask for my money back, which is just a huge pain. All in all, I've had a pretty bad time with this and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Tight fit, returned item
I bought something recently and ended up regretting it big time. The thing I got was too small, so I tried to return it. Turns out, it was way more complicated than I thought. Instead of refunding my card, they gave me a gift card, which was annoying. What really got me was when I tried to cancel the gift card and get the money back on my card - they said I'd have to pay a $10.95 fee. Are you kidding me? That's almost half of what I paid for the item! After arguing back and forth, they finally agreed to drop the fee. But guess what? When I checked my statement, the fee was still there. This whole mess has really turned me off from this store. I'm definitely never shopping here again.
Duplicate Christmas order
I just dealt with this company that totally messed up my Christmas order. You wouldn't believe it - they sent a duplicate order to the wrong address and haven't even shipped it out yet. I asked them to cancel it, but they straight up refused. Now it's stuck and causing me a headache. I'm really disappointed by their lack of responsibility and their refusal to make things right. Hopefully they step up their customer service game moving forward.
Unavailable products disappointment
It's really frustrating when you get all excited looking through company catalogs with awesome products, only to have them be out of stock every time you try to order them. And that's exactly what happened with this company. Every time I called to place an order, the products I wanted were sold out. The customer service rep tried to push me to buy different stuff I didn't even want, and when I said no, they just gave me a generic sorry that felt fake and practiced. Plus, there was a language barrier since they talked super fast with an accent that made it hard to understand. All in all, not being able to get what I wanted and dealing with subpar customer service left me feeling pretty disappointed.
