    Burgundy boots

    I just got a pair of burgundy boots for my upcoming trip, but man, was I bummed when they showed up all beat up in a beat-up box with no tissue paper. I reached out to customer service right away, thinking they'd fix it fast because it was totally their mistake. But nope, they couldn't send me a new pair in time for my trip. Their lack of urgency and not caring about customer satisfaction has left me feeling annoyed and inconvenienced. So yeah, I'm not shopping here again.

    Express shipping and return charge

    I paid extra for express shipping on something from this store, but it showed up late. And to top it off, when I sent it back, they hit me with a crazy $58.07 fee. It's so annoying to fork over more money for express shipping just for it to be late and then get charged for returning it. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again. SMH.

    Surprise fees

    I was super upset with my experience at this store. I bought something and then found out I got signed up for a rewards program that costs $18 a month, with no heads-up beforehand. I didn't realize there was this hidden fee until I was already charged. Even though the first month was supposed to be "free", I feel like this store was sneaky and not upfront with me. It made me feel so irritated and ripped off. I definitely won't be coming back to shop here again.

    I spent $50. on underwear. The waistbands started unraveling right away. They first wanted to charge me $10.99 to return defective merchandise. Then they said I could not return them at all because they had been washed. Who doesnt wash underwear before they wear it? I will never buy from them again.

    I do not recommend that anyone order anything from Jessica London. I bought a raincoat from JL in my usual size. It arrived at least 2 sizes too big, and with snaps that did not close, and was made out of a terrible rubberized material that was not note n the product description. The return process was super difficult and they try to make you accept a 'gift card' for the amount rather than a credit back to your original credit card. Then they charge you $10 for the return shipping, yet the original shipping was already $16. So for a raincoat that was priced at $67 but then with tax and shipping was actually $90 you gat back only $60...you loose $30 for a substandard product - OUTRAGEOUS BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    Order dispute

    I placed two tops in my cart but they didn't show up. I placed them in the cart again. Suddenly there were 4 tops. I tried to cancel two tops... then, there were only two. I paid for them. Suddenly, after the payment was made, a total receipt appeared for 4 tops! I immediately called Jessica London and attempted to get them to cancel the order and they refused. They said just return the extra two tops. In addition to the trouble for having to return the tops, I have to pay UNNECESSARY extra postage. Their customer service is not customer helpful and are utterly useless.

    Jessica London and ALL of it's affiliates are horrible. They ship the wrong items and make it your responsibility. I was told by a CS supervisor that they would charge me again if I wanted the item sent right away, or I would have to wait until they get the item back that I did not order. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. You made the mistake where is your accountability in this? I do 90% of my shopping online from clothes to dog food and I've never been held responsible for a company's mistake. When I expressed my concern over their policy the supervisor told me I could take my business somewhere else. This is how much they value their customers.

    I ordered these Sandals to wear for a special occasion and ordered them 10 in advice… well I’ll not have the shoes to wear nor have the shoes made it to me… yet!     Pleated Printed Skirt

    I ordered a pleated printed skirt June 1, 2021. I was given multiple delivery dates and did not receive on the dates stated. Finally arrived on June 25, 2021. This is the second time the delivery was that way and it's just not worth the uncertainty especially if the purchases are for special occasions. I had to rate with at least one star other than that I would have rated Zero in some areas if I could have.

    I rate Jessica London O....I bought a pair of plus jeans which were horrible, I returned them 2days later, the jeans were $55, I got a statement saying that they received the package but I owe $41 ... FOR WHAT U GOT UR JEANS... I WILL NEVER USE OR ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM JESSICA LONDON... when u order make sure that u are going to keep what u ordered bc u are going to pay for the order rather u keep it or send it pack, that’s what happened in my case..

    It is so frustrating when you order something you really like, in the size you generally wear and have tried larger size to be safe, and the clothes run too small. I love the styles, but the clothes just run too small. When I purchase from other retailers, they fit, when I purchase from Jessica London, they are notoriously too small. Will not shop with them again.
