Security cameras purchased 3 years ago.
These security cameras were awesome when I got them. They did their job well and made me feel better about keeping an eye on my place. But then, out of nowhere, the company stopped helping out with any problems. Now, these cameras might as well be paperweights and I regret spending my money on something that's basically useless. I suggest thinking long and hard before buying anything from this company, 'cause you might end up stranded without any help.

Leap Year Birthday Card
I was super pumped to come across a leap year birthday card on this site! I looked all over and they had a ton of options to choose from. And the cool thing was I didn't have to dish out extra for shipping since I could grab my cards at my nearby Fed Ex store a couple hours after I purchased them. The only bummer was I had to get at least 5 cards, but it wasn't a big deal 'cause I found some other great cards to throw in my cart. The awesome part was I could customize the cards and they came out fantastic! Everyone thought they were great!

The customer service was awful. They never responded to my emails, texts, or calls. The person in the chat room said that the phone system wasn't even working, which was really annoying. Also, the website advertises discounts but then the price goes up at checkout, so definitely watch out before buying anything.

Routine boiler maintenance
We just had a tech come over for our annual gas boiler check-up. They changed the pilot light, but ended up shutting down the whole system because of soot and high CO2 levels. Now we're left with no heat on the coldest day of the year. They're saying we need to call a plumber now.

Large world map
I was completely amazed by the incredible craftsmanship of the huge world map I bought from here. It really spruced up the vibe of my living room and always gets people talking whenever we have guests over. I first got a smaller map after seeing one at a friend's place, but then decided to go all out with the bigger one to take up a whole wall. My wife and I have a blast reliving our past travels as we gaze at the map and stick markers on all the spots we've visited.

I just got my daughter-in-law the Glossybox Advent Calendar and she was over the moon about it! The stuff inside were top-notch and she had a blast opening a little gift each day until Christmas. But I gotta say, I was bummed that I didn't get any heads up about the calendar being up for grabs, even though I'm on their email list.

Disappointed customer
I just bought something from this site not too long ago and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The reviews on there totally didn't match up with what I got, and it really bummed me out. Felt like I got scammed and tricked, definitely not cool especially in the eJuice game. I need companies to be straight-up and real with me, and this one totally missed the mark. I don't think I'll give them another shot next time.

I ordered something from Shoe Palace in December, thinking it would arrive by the 15th. But here we are past that day, and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried calling and emailing them with my order number, but no luck - no response at all. My time dealing with Shoe Palace has been a letdown. From now on, I won't be shopping with them again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone. It's probably best to hit up a real store or go with a more dependable shoe shop.

This food wasn't my favorite compared to others I've tried. The packaging is a pain to thaw and it suggests way too many calories compared to the others I've had. The price is alright, not too bad though.

Cheese Blend Powder
I bought this Cheese Blend Powder and man, was I let down. Everyone was hyping it up, saying it's similar to this famous Mac & Cheese brand, but that just wasn't the case. The color was off, the taste was blah, and it just didn't hit the spot. I had to doctor it up with more salt, seasonings, and even Cheez Whiz to make it somewhat edible. Overall, big disappointment and definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

Wrong item received
I've been shopping at this store for years and just decided to try ordering from their website. I've had good experiences in the past, but my last order was a mess. They sent me the wrong item, and I was so annoyed and inconvenienced. I reached out to customer service several times, but all they could offer was for me to send the item back on my dime and wait forever for a refund. This kind of lousy service and disregard for customers is not okay.

Sneaky subscription charges
I got sucked into that whole "free trial" thing just like a bunch of other people. Once I signed up, they went ahead and charged my credit card without even asking me. And when I tried to cancel, they wouldn't let me and just kept extending my membership. To top it all off, they renewed it early, six whole months before it was supposed to end, without even checking with me first. It's been a total nightmare trying to get my money back for over four months now. Be careful with those tricky subscription moves and make sure you're really ready to commit before you jump in!
